Just wondering if any Cali RIU members are thinking about opening their own collective. I have had 2 partners bail on 2 collectives we had filed paperwork for and I really don't want to just dissolve them when there is nothing wrong other than there just no one to use the filings. I had this company http://startyourcollective.com/ submit the paper work to the state and he will help you file the paperwork in your name. These are non profits submitted already but no officers submitted back to the state so they are for no other better explanation they are just shells ready to go. He charges $1500 for 5 day turn around you can be running in 1day for a lot less because I have already paid for them. Also there are websites ready to go for both other than just some minor tweeks to them. PM me if you have any other questions and you can always call SYC and he will give you the 411 on them.
