Anyone Use Advanced Nitrients Nirvana

I wanna use this on my next grow. But wonder the best time to introduce it? It says it can be fed in all stages even seedling! However I can't see the point in that early stage of development. perhaps using during early bloom would be more beneficial. Anyone actually used this in a grow?

That is typically when a 2 month strain starts creating pistle balls and building colas in ernest. It is a milestone in the flowering phase and is when I always add any bud enhaancers like Nirvana. I typically stop using it a couple days before harvest.

Sry, end of week 3 of flowering, or after the leaves of the leads begin alternating and lead stretching is evident (cola building).

Excuse me being a newb and all. I appreciate the advice. But what day is that? Do you mean, after I go 12-12 and induce flowering. I wait about 21 days or three weeks? Thanks.

Exactly. The first two to three weeks after u start 12/12 it typically looks like ur still in veg...but about week three...depending on the strain...the leads that will become your colas (buds) will start to elongate and the leaves on them that used to be paired right across from each other will start to alternate. As soon as this begins I start to add bud stimulators like Nirvana.

What dosage is good to start on week 3? I was thinking maybe half strength and gradually to full? Do I need to stop in time for a flush and when?

I only use it as a foliar spray at 1/4th strength. Although you should stop using nutrients in your watering 10 days before harvest (instead use a flushing product during this time)...you can use the Nirvana as a foliar spray up till the last few days before harvest. I switch to straight water in my mister the last three days.

Correct it can be used as a foil at spray. I like that idea, and I can use my other organic nutes as needed. I am curious as to the results of using Nirvana throughout the plants life cycle. However less is more when you already have decent nutrients. Foilar spraying will keep my roots concentrated on veg and flower nutes.....and my leaves will directly take in low amounts of Nirvana :-) Maybe I will experiment some other time with feeding Nirvana on this schedule:

Application Rate:
Germination - 5ml per gallon
Cuttings - 15-20ml per gallon
Vegetative Growth - 10-15ml per gallon
Fruit and Flowering - 15-20ml per gallon

And see if taste or yields differ. Thx for your tips. I'll let you know my results!

I never have used it but in the way I have described. Be sure to take lots of pics and once you have clones from the same mother plant, run trials...some with Nirvana and some without, to see the true affect. Good luck!
