anyone use electrical enclosure air conditioner

So I like most people am dealing with heat problems in my cabinet grow. 3x3x5'. my enviorment is sealed and automated. CO2 is injected. Everything is monnitored and controlled via a plc. Even with the cool tube and 200cfm inline blowing over the bulb the room still sits at 105. I tried exausting everytime the temp reaches a highsetpoint and exaust untill a low temp set point and this works but the room heats back up so fast the co2 injection would be ineffective. So I found electrical enclosure air conditioners. These are designed to cool sealed electrical enclosures without bringing and outside air in or vice versa. Has anyone used one of these? I was able to locate some used models for around $100. If I was a little more confident I would make the purchase. Here is a link:

Anyone that has any info on these types of information please leave some feedback!!!

I know there are a couple other options such as mini split air conditioners, heat exchangers, and some other methods. But I think this is the most cost effective for a small enviorment.
