Anyone use grove bags discuss...

i just picked up a commercial vacuum sealer ive been vacuum sealing 2 ounces per mason jar seems to work well, i think you could add an oxygen absorber to the jar to remove that last bit of oxygen however if you do that botulism could happen so the jars would need to then also be stored at 3 degrees celsius to prevent botulism in a zero oxygen environment.

I’ve become a convert to the Grove Bag. After a few runs & cures using them, I do have a gripe though. The ziplock channel (usually the female end) have a proclivity for becoming separated from the bag itself. Kind of a shitter, but as I think @Rsawr once said, the form factor over jars is kinda nice.
Aye I’ve had that too. Since happening I’ve been more careful about not putting so much stress on where the lock meets the bag itself but rather prise them apart on the join. Not had 1 rip since and i use an oz bag for daily opening

Do they seal good without heat
