I haven't really trimmed anything since veg and I'm day 15 into flower I just trimmed some of the leaves that were blocking the tops today and was wondering if I shouldn't cut leaves or what to do next
Clean up the underside of that plant. You have to find your light line and defoliate from that point down. A screen or trellis will help spread out the bud sites.

Me personally... I would be definitely trimming off 70% of those fan leaves and removing the lower branches. That baby needs more light in the lower end. However your doing awesome and your gonna have a bunch of fat crown nugs.

That thing is asking for powdery mildew or budrot. You need to clean the inside of that plant out. Look at the stems and take the smallest 15-20% branches off

Very good advice. I was about to say the same things. By week #4 of flower you will know what buds are going to produce and which ones will just be fuzz. Being a new grower, I will tell you that if you truly want big buds, then DO NOT get sucked into keeping every little tiny popcorn bud growing below the canopy. Anything beyond 1/3 below the canopy can go (or even be used as clones) Looks like you started a decent lollipop method on the bottom but you really want to thin out that middle. With plants like this, less is more. Let the plant focus on all those tops. :weed:

Plants don't die that quickly...Did you pour bleach into the pots or something?
I have no clue what happened I filled the bucket with new water and nutrients nothing was done differently maybe the water lever was a little to high I don't know but 2 days after I filled it I noticed one of the side branches sagging when I went to work but then I facetimed my gf to look at it 20 mins later and it was dying right before my eyes I had her move the air stone more underneath the roots and take some of the water out but it still got worse I'm crying it and tdrom the first pic to the second pic in about 30 mins then the last pic is what it is now
