I don't see the at200 on their site right now.

What colour LEDs did you guys get? Red/blue isn't enough for flowering right?

Apachetech was a force in delivering us from the blurple haze! They moved things forward. Inspired others and brought red/white into the open. High priced but they did what they did and still do.

Whats exactly the functional difference between the 14 and 50 degree lenses on the at200? Just curious how this effects footprint,I guess the 14 delivers more penetration straight down?

Id ask the manufacturer, but its like pulling teeth to get them to answer the phone and every vendor ive asked about it doesnt even seem to know what lenses they have on the model they are selling.

Dont really want to jump into a $1000 investment without having all the facts you know..heh.I really value you guys input, thanks for all your help so far guys.

These are really old technology i'd suggest staying away and looking to buy a COB light if you can afford it. Sure these lights were great, back in 2010, now they just old technology.

Thanks for your input, but as you can see this thread is about apache tech, not COB tech.

Thanks I value your opinion and believe me ill keep it in mind.Im open to any options.Im just researching apache atm.
They were the top of the line lights about 3-4 years ago but never updated their technology. They also have some of the heaviest light's on the market.

As far as I know umol at the leaf hasnt changed in 6 years,if a light supplies 1200umols 6 years ago.Thats still 1200umol today.Unless the laws of physics have been updated by cree and I missed the boat. The only weight im worried about isnt the weight of my light,I assure you.

The 14's will deliver the light deeper. The 50's will just spread it out a bit more allowing you to drop the light a little closer to the canopy. I have both the 14's and 50's but just leave the 14's on most of the time. Only reason I'd put the 50's on is if I were worried about height restrictions.

COB's of the same wattage produce a lot more than these do. Not here to argue seems like you already know what you want so i'll just see myself to the door. Good luck with your grow.
