Apartment Complex Lighting Question

Hello all RIU members and thank you for coming to my thread. I have a question regarding lighting in apartment complexes.

Up to this point I have about 400 watts worth of CFL lights going and I was wondering about buying a 400 or 600 watt HPS light system to add to the grow.

I don't want to raise any red flags with my lighting bill though so what do you guys think. Will 800 to 1000 watts of electricity for growing raise flags in a 2 br 2 bath apartment in a huge complex?

i really hope you lieing about the space heater because i use one for my grow and that would explain why my bill is going up every month. and i rule of thumb would be 1000w for every room without any worries on them noticeing

and another good idea would be to get those lights and than just cut back on how much other electric you use on a daily bases like closing the fridge door while you poor a cup of milk or using the microwave a little less lol all this adds up

im not lying... if you look at it closely you find the nameplate rating on the space heater. most of em avg 1200-1500w...

its true most heaters are in the 100 to 1500 range but you dont have it on for a 12 hour stretch
