.growing cannibis entails a lot of things, money number one, spend a little more, so you get great yields, but take a percentage of your profit and invest it your grow every time. that's how you expand

I had the same problem with fans even though they were in the next room they were keeping me awake, invested in an Airforce II, not cheap but very quiet and powerful this pulls air through a Rhino Pro filter and pushes through a double lamp cool tube using acoustic ducting hung using 10mm elastic bungee cord, for the second fan which is mounted on the floor I made a box out of MDF glued an inch thick polystyrene slab to the bottom and lined the box with 1/2ins acoustic plasterboard and acoustic foam on top of that, asked at the local builders suppliers if they had any damaged plasterboard got it for the price of a drink and got the acoustic foam off e bay for about £8 worked a treat, good luck with your problem.

At police stations they insulate the walls of the phone rooms with styrofoam then cover it in drywall. You could easily get 4 inch blue styrofoam from any home depo. It comes 4x10 I believe. Cover the 1 wall using double sided Velcro and paint the blue white. When you move, all you have to clean up is the Velcro.

Worth trying?

Just don't insulate your tent, that'll make some nasty heat issues and require much more ventilation = more noise!

car sound deadening material on your fans may do the trick. you want mass loaded vinyl.
http://www.raamaudio.com/raammat-bxt-ii-bulk-pack-20-sheets-37-5-sq-ft-real-automotive-sound-deadener-best-there-is-for-the-money-period-please-click-to-see-product-description/
stick it to all your fan bodies and duct work. or, if you want a cheaper route, try duct insulation from lowes. its an adhesive foam with a foil backing. use it just like the other stuff i mentioned.
my car is much quieter for it.
if you want to know why it all works, search around on a couple sound deadening forums.

on a side note, why the heck is your fan so loud? mine are quiet as mice.

DYNAMAT-

this stuff works. it turns sound energy into thermal energy. i wonder if it could be cut into strips and hung like fly strips.. i know it can be cut into strips and applied to studs before you put the drywall on and it makes a sound studio.

message them. make up a story or dont. they are cool and will help.
