Apollo Series LED panels from Cidly

I came up with that spectrum to use with my 200W CFL 6400K. I wanted to use my own research to come to a conclusion on a spectrum, for better or worse, that worked for me and with what I have already in my possession. if they turn out to be a flop, then I try something different next time, but i see good things for my closet scrog. :)

I was told lastnight chinese NY doesn't start for a few more days.

My guy never gives a straight answer So I looked it up and it starts on FEB 10th.

I guess your guy started early.

Someone posted this a few days ago on this forum so that's why I asked my guy about it but I had to look up the date.

ya they (the chinese sellers) were all talking about getting in before it started BEFORE I even ordered mine... which of course I have now. all about the sale...

Hey slick,

i am currently using 4 90w UFOs two from light house and two from hydroponics hut. I have done 8-9 grows now and I consistantly get 2.5-3.0 oz from each plant in a 2x4x5 tent. I used a watt metr to check actual wattage. The 2 from lighthouse are pulling 73.5 w each and the hydroponic hut ones are pulling 25w each. So just under 200w total. What are you or other getting per plant under the Apollos? thanks for the info.

Ill have to update you on that as this is my FIRST grow... well first in 10ish years and first on my own and first with hydroponics and first with DWC and first with LED and first with CO2. lol. so Ill be lucky to keep my sanity, let alone some good buds at the end. but that being said, Ill be taking pix and keeping notes of course. if I can get .5g or better per watt, Im a happy man on this first run. 560W + 200W CFL should, if im lucky and monitor things well, net me upwards of an LB or better on the high end. closet scrog with no reason to hurry things along, Im hoping it will be a good one.

Hello guys, this will be my first post here in the forum, read everything from page 1 in here.

I have 3 questions that i hope u professional guys can help me out with!

1, I want a yield on about 400g, my plan is to buy a Apollo 16 from cidly ( when they feel like answer my mail to their support maybe because of china NY)
This panel should be able to do this right?, Even seen 2*Apollo 6 Do it on Mr Sings blog.

And my grow room is planned to be 120*80*210cm. And my plans for now is to use 8 Airpots at 10L fed with blumat system in 100% Coco.
Is this a good amount of pots on this space or should i make it 10/12 pots, or maybe even lower to 6? What would make the easiest yield With this panel?
if u have the watts to do a specific amount, is it all about how long veg time that sets the amount of pots that u need to do it? because then i maybe even can achive it with 6 airpots?

2, Spectra for this FLOWER ROOM. is planned to be this (because i want this panel to also work as veg panel, u never know what plans u have later on.
80 of 660nm
80 of 630nm
48 of 615nm
16 of 460nm
16 of 470nm

Can someone help me out how to optimize this spectrum on the panel? This is based on reading in this forum, zero real life experiance from led panels this will be my first.

3, Im allready over my wattage limit on this Apollo 16, and want a veg room only to keep clones alive so i dont have to buy seeds.
Is it possible for a 50W led to root the clones, and veg for about 6weeks in 18/6 before flower room? Isent the only problem with this low wattage led that they dont grow so much?
My only reason is to keep them alive before flowerroom and veg some, so i can flower direcly after harvest, i dont care if they are 30cm or 300cm, only their health are good and ready for flower.

Sorry for this wall of text but im really thankfull for all help with this, cant figure this out even i read all week about this, My first led grow.

Recieved the replacement part about week.
Took three weeks for me to get around and replace it. Took around 30 minutes to replace the part. SUPER easy. Very happy with the customer service i received.
Also happy with the engineering that went into this light. it's pretty slick

Glad I didn't go with them or any chinese panel.

That being said I hope you get your panel fixed.

Goodluck

I would recommed you spare some minutes to have a read at this link though a bit date out and not sure if the blog poster is still working at cidly or not, it has some very basic infos about this apollo grow light, PAR reading, lux/sft etc.

It's amazing to hear that Sing is still working at Cidly and you are contacting with him. When Psytranceorgy post this thread, Sing was his sales rep at Cidly, but both of them haven't post anthing since last May (or April) nor updated their blog, it is curious, where is Psy? Lurking?.
I am also missing Rasser, another great grower modified his Apollo 6.
