Appeals court: Obamacare unconstitutional

one actually pays for the other one to do nothing.
There isn't a difference, they both exploit the labor of others.

Welfare is necessary, even conservative economists believe everyone should get a minimum salary regardless if they work or not (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Negative_income_tax). Food stamps(46 million Americans are on it) for example provide something like 1.1 dollar of economic stimulus for every dollar put into it, which benefits everyone.

Requiring everyone to get healthcare should lessen the cost per individual. If anything obamacare punishes "freeloaders" because it requires them to purchase insurance versus going to an ER and skipping out on the bill(which raises costs for everyone with insurance)

The constitution has been a huge burden and obsticle for the obama administration. None the less, they still find ways to wiggle through and work around it. Obama will find a way to say F you to the judicial system, just like he told S&P to F*ck off. He will make sure his health care bill stays on schedule. There will be no compramise on his end. Just like everything else.

I want feel secure that if something happends to me or my job my son will be covered by the state.
The state? I think what you meant to say was covered by taxpayers that don't know you, and don't owe you a dime, and have thier own struggles and money problems. you self-entitled bitch. If YOU want to make sure YOUR son will be taken care of. Then YOU save for his future, YOU invest in his education. Thats YOUR job.

You obviously didn't get the intention of my post. I do all of those things. I was talking about if I were to die, get extremely ill, or whatever. Not me being perfectly healthy and losing my job like a worthless degenerate.

I think the biggest problem these days is that no one understands or cares for anyone. Just because you don't know someone doesn't mean you can't help them. It's always the same old shit being said. The whole "it's my money" bit is getting slightly old. It's making americans look like fools. Other countries are laughing at us because we can't even figure out how to keep our country healthy. It's pathetic.

Calling me a "self-entitled bitch" is wrong especially when you completely misunderstood what I was saying. What would happen if I died and my child's father couldn't afford health insurance? I'm sure he would apply for government aid. Medical assistance is there to keep kids healthy. Same thing with foodstamps, WIC, and dental programs.

If all those things were to happen to you, then people would still have thier own problems. There is nothing wrong with asking people for help. don't you have family? A baby's daddy? Does the child have grandparents. Your talking about collecting social security and unemployment for you and your son. Not to mention you would be elidgable for numerous other government run programs designed for women in that type of situation (because Democrats want your vote). The way people talk about thier kids now a days is like its unexpected baggage that just appeared like majic. Like you had nothing to do with the child being born. Like its not your responsability

How could I be responsible for my son if I'm dead? or severely ill? or injured?

As of today, I'm 100% fit and healthy there is nothing wrong with me so I do what I have to do to provide him with food, health care, clothes, diaper, wipes, blah blah blah all the typical baby shit (yes there is a "baby's daddy" who is also a provider). My responsibility started when I saw that + on the pregnancy test. Trust me, I busted my ass through several months of nausea and pain (it sucked). I still did it even though I wanted to just give up so badly.

Buy life insurance. Buy it yourself, with your own hard earned money. Private institutions have been in business for years to help insure people in the event of an unexpected loss.

I can't afford life insurance. I have taken care of the funeral thing though. I donated my body to science to my family wouldn't have to deal with burials or cremation. Other then that, I can't afford life insurance at least not until I'm out of college.

Term life insurance . Its cheaper for when you need it right now for you and your kid. By the time it expires your kid will be a grown man, able to take care of himself

welcome back to capitalism. You seemed socialist for a second
Seriously I'm not. I just care too much about people. I'm not into giving everyone everything. I hate people who are lazy fuck-offs. I just feel bad for people I see daily that need food or clothes. I donate a lot of shit. Tons of baby clothes, shoes, and clothes that I can't wear (especially maternaty clothes). I would hope that someone cared that much to help me out if I needed it.

I'm a democrat that supports Ron Paul. I'm not a socialist.

actually education is the states job. it shouldn't be. i dont think people should have children if they cant afford to school them and taxpayers should stop being responsible for public education. health is much more importnat. everyone should pay for their own child's education, if you can't pay for school, you an't afford to have a kid.

i personally would like to get out of the US.
