Are my plants underwatered or overwatered??

No signs of overwatering or under watering. They are malnourished
*Edit* also it looks like you’re in coco? If this is the case you should be watering every day to runoff. it is basically impossible to overwater Coco. Never let the coco dry out more than 50%

I was thinking that too mate, is there time too turn these arround, I gave them some cal mag yesterday and sensi grow is en route as we speak? How much would you recommend feeding

I have been so worried about overwatering, I literally have only been water once a week as the pots are still really heavy even when jiffy pots are dry I have mixed clay pebbles and perlite into the mix, just unsure what strength nutes at this stage

Those should be fed daily with run off.

You basically cannot overwater that medium either

But they aren't drying out hardly, the bottoms of the pots are still pretty heavy, after a day the jiffy pots start drying out around the stem, I am going to water daily now or every 2 days depending on medium, what kind of strength nutrients would you recommended when plants are this small?

Plus I only water 150-200ml, this is okay? Or more?

I suggest reading this website and doing your research
Also if you’re using Cana Coco I would just stick with their nutrients. They can get kind of expensive, so mega crop can be a good alternative

Third time everyone has said FEED ME , last month they told you as well.
It's coco, it stays wet hopefully.
You should probably get a ph meter and EC meter for coco, really takes the stress and guesswork and turns it into pot.
