In Alaska you can have up to 25 plants in your house. It's also legal to have up to an ounce in your house.

well.. its not completely legal in cali. but it also depends on WHERE in cali.

so i can move to cali an grow a couple plants in my house an its chill? it must not be completely legal, maybe at the state level , but not with feds. if anything its just decriminalized. meaning they dont enforce it unless they feel its completely worth worth it i.e. using a three story house and growing in every room

it varies by county. up north people dont give a shit. down in socal, its a little grey, and depending on political biases, income level, etc, cops use their discretion.

Actually, Alaska's law states that yuou can grow up to 12 plants per year for personal consumption and may have up to four ounces in your posession at any time.

The city of Denver has also decriminalized marijuana. Not sure of their stand on growing, but I know that you can have up to an ounce in your posession in Denver and not even a citation. CAUTION: The city of Denver won't fuck with you, but State Police and Feds are still interested in arresting people for it.
