Not sick, just ready to transplant. When going through them, I would pull the weak looking ones. But overall they look fine to me.

I would say thats a little too much..Are you trying to do a s.o.g.? 30 plants will grow right into eachother in a small space like that

On the second to left, The clone that is hanging over looks sick, it looks yellow and looks like it was burned.

your plants will get crowded in a 4x4 tray with 25 plants.try 1 a square foot..that should be 16=4 rows of 4

You can expect your plants to double in heigth in the flowering room. So basically, you want to veg your clones till they are half the heigth of the space you have available in your flowering room.
They look healthy. It's up to you when you flower, but remember they will spread out horizontally also. I use 4x4 trays and I initally cut them to hold 12 plants. That was too many. I now plant 6 per tray and SOG them. I actually get a higher bud yield this way.
