are these female preflowers or?

title says it all really. first time grower. plant is still pretty early in veg..3 to 3.5 weeks. is this too early to tell? have more a little more information on my grow here https://www.rollitup.org/grow-journals/636932-first-time-grow-closet-400w.html

Too early to tell for sure....a female prettier is very easy to tell from a male....the female will put out fuzzy white hair like pistols from the internodes. They look like a very small white fuzzy tentacle coming out of a teardrop shaped calyx. A male will make what look like clusters of pods somewhat like a bunched grapes.

No I think all you are seeing are the stipules
