clean your pc up first so you can post a simple pic. Google normans malware cleaner and run that, it wont install anything and its free and will remove most crap out there, there are some others you can run afterwards but start with that, also if your downloading shit stop for a minute while you upload your picture. Your pc sounds like most peoples that arent computer saavy as far as viruses and spyware go. If your using limewire you can bet you have shit running all the time in the background including all the spyware you have installed by launching fake crap found there. Run Normans and get a pic uploaded, let me know if you need another scan tool. I dont care what antivirus you are running you will still have crap unless you run scans with other free tools. Possibly you just have too much shit in start up, go to start-run and type MSCONFIG and then go to the startup tab and uncheck everything and reboot. This does not uninstall anything but takes it all out of startup, you will be suprised how much faster your shit starts, you can always check things back but do that as well and get that pic uploaded
