are these preflowers?

Hi everyone im on my first grow and these plants are doing preety good, my strogest looking plant seems to have some pre flowers, but they look like balls!!! im not sure tho so i came to ask you guys, hopefull you can shange my mind =/ its been on 12/12 from seed and its about 3 or 4 weeks old in 4 inch pots, thanks for all your help in advance!

Get it out of there if you have any female plants! you dont! want seeds!

thanks guys i thought it was a male also because it was so thick my other ones are muchh skinnyer i got rid of the little sucker and im germinating more plants now, only 2 left :0 RIP bill
