are these ready...with pics:)

Not sure if these ladys are ready yet i dont want to pull them too quick but i dont want to leave them too long i was thinking of starting a 3 day dark cycle tomorow plz tell me what you guys think this one plantthis is the other

They look close to me mine are looking like yours but I still have alot of clear trichs so I am waiting another week but I am a new grower as well and waiting is not easy. I have not made up my mine about a dark cycle though it is cold in basement with out lights. Good Job and happy harvesting. I am sure someone going to give better advice but I say your darn close.

I cant see the trichs up close but the plant looks mature. The first pic looks great and ready. The second set of pics look like you have about a week or longer.
It looks like youve been more patient than most are i must say...
IT never hurts to wait a couple days but id say your good to go, start your dark period.

For gods sake, just don't put them in a cardboard box!

Looks pretty darn close to me, nice grow, good job.
