Are these soil mites?

I just flipped to flower yesterday. My plants are amazingly healthy and show vigorous growth almost daily.
I've previously had issues with fungus gnats.

I think these gnats have attracted predatory mites and now they're all along the floor of my tent. I haven't seen a single bug good or bad on the 2 plants in the tent at all. They just walk across the corners of the tent and mind their own, some are small and brown, some are darker, I'm not sure if this could be 2 different mites in the soil or the same species but at different maturity levels. I've attached a picture and also a link to a private video i took with my microscope

I spilt some hydrogen peroxide in the tent today and the floors started foaming, and thats when i saw this leaf in the corner, it was literally covered in these mites, I removed it from the tent and placed it on my desk and they didn't leave the leaf. it appears the peroxide may have killed a percentage of them but the rest are still walking around the leaf, they're pretty much transparent, 6 legs from what i can see. The video gets a good look at them.

I'd just like to be sure these mites are only interested in dead leaves / organic matter and possibly eating the fungus gnat larve aswell because I will say I've been noticing much less fungus gnat activity lately. I spray with neem oil weekly and have applied diatomatious earth a few times, nothing crazy strong because I run bennies.

Like I said my plants are really really happy, I'll include a nice picture of them, no leaf discoloration, no drooping, no spots, no bugs on the stems / branches, literally nothing. Just posting here to be sure. Thanks for the wisdom guys
