Hi
Hope that someone is able to help me,
The problem is I have over watered my seedlings, they are 2 weeks old, growing in soil, watered with distilled water under 220 watts flourescents green and red spectrum, with a small fan blowing on them.
I got a bit carried away and watered them every other day until water drained from the bottom;
They are about 5cm tall ,with yellow embryonic leaves, and now the first set of leaves have turned yellow and so have the second true set of leaves and appear to have stopped growing;
p.s. They are in 10 cm pots, is there anything that I can do to save them.
Many Thanks in advance Steve

Stop watering them for a while, at least a week or so. Wait for the soil to become dry, then just water it only a little every 3 days or so.

there could be some other things going on too man. I've never heard of over watering causing the leaves to yellow, might want to check your temp., pH, and think about getting some nitrogen in the soil some how.

use quarter strentgh of nutrients.
and check your ph levels,

mine had the same problem, i gave it quarter strength nutes and in two days they popped back to life and grew 4 more leaves
