Are they ready? (Harvest time?)

Go by the overall look of bud. Still have mucho white hairs. Don't go by growers specs on finishing time. You will thank me later if you wait. I made mistake of cutting to early never again.
I'm gonna wait at least another week 3 weeks sounds like they'd be over ripe, but who knows? Anybody else wanna chime in?

Also would you keep giving them nutes for 2 more weeks then?

not every strain is a 8 week grow, you still have a decent amount of white hairs, plus your buds havent began to swell yet, another 3-4 weeks sounds realistic judging by your photos. i guess you counted from the day you flipped? forgetting all about the transition from veg to preflower to flower. but in all honesty its entirely your choice when you chop but theres my 10 pence.

Its all about the trichs, and what high you want from your bud.there are 3 stages in trich production ( clear, cloudy, and amber) these 3 stages create different highs.
A mixture between cloudy and some amber is what most people aim for.
So if you want a heavy high aim for more amber trichs.
You need a 30-50x magnify loop to check this.

They do need at least 3 weeks.
Them buds need to swell up, and you have plenty off white hairs standing proud, these hairs as the bud grows will either turn amber and the hairs that stay white start to collapse over the bud.
Some white hair will more than likely be standing proud at harvest but a majority will wilt over.

You'll notice a serious swell in them during the next 2 weeks then another week to finish off. A cheap jewelers loop will do a lot of good.
Bought a 60-120x scope, all the tricomes are still clear and it's a week since I thought they were ready. Good thing I didn't thanks to you guys. Gonna keep checking them every other day looks like the three week estimate was spot on.

Update: thanks for all the help everyone. Looking through the the microscope shows that the tricomes are "half clear/cloudy"

So my question now is: they need watered today or tomorrow for sure. Is it time to start flushing? They are in 3 gallon pots (space issue) and I'm guessing about a week to a week and a half left... based on your guys' advice and the microscope.

I'm attaching a lot of pictures, in some you can zoom in and see the tricomes. Any advice/opinions will be much appreciated
