Hi, my girls complete 8 weeks of flowering this saturday, and im not sure if they are ready. some people says that need 10 weeks.. i posted some pics of them that i tooked this weekend, please send your sugestion...

They look close. The only real way is to check the trichomes. Generally when around 80-90% of your hairs are orange. Its hard to see any detail in your pics.
