Arizona strains

i have grown a couple of autos. got them as feebies from the tude. i think i may have posted pics about them in this thread already. one of them was pretty decent. the other one was some week shit that i just got rid of quickly. very easy to grow and they take a lot of neglect just fine. i would probably never buy them unless i was growing outdoors. there is not really a reason to grow them indoors unless you are retarded and dont know how a timer works or if you wanna flower a plant in your veg room. also the cost of the seed ends up being ridiculous when you think about it because autos have a definitive life cycle and can never be kept in a vegetative state. i have also grown seeds that have autoflowering traits but are not true ruderalis genetics. i had a strain called catpiss going for a bit that would start flowering a little in veg. i cloned it for about 5 generations and then eventually discontinued it. after a while the buds became less and less dense. the clones also usually took a bit longer to root (10-14 rather than 5-10).

This is something that growers/breeders encounter when they don't have a stabilized strain?

i didn't purposely buy any auto flowering, but i bought some sweet tooth #4 that went into flower while still in veg and then they hermied on me! i still have 5, F1s of this genetic. i should throw them away but i'm a pack rat!

i guess. some call this genetic drift which is 100% false. genetic drift means something else regarding genetic variation in population. it is hard to say for sure what would have caused this but the instability in the genetics is apparent the outcome.

fuck.... That would be a perfect candidate to cross with Purple Urkle... Help her grow faster.....
funny you should mention that. i started them from seed and took the best pheno. one of the seeds was a male and i harvested the pollen. it was odd because that male flowered and busted in veg. i collected some pollen and just remembered about it now. maybe i will cross it with something, probably not.

I would... that is a gene that you want in a BEAST....

I'd be very interested in growing the sweet tooth #4!
