it depends on what you're looking for in a plant... what kind of high do you like... some really good strains I have had and enjoyed in the past is Papaya, Armageddon and sour diesel just to name the top three but there is tons of good strains. Papaya and sour d are pretty heavy (pain relief) and the Armageddon will put you in a good social mood(anti-depressent) oh yea and silver haze is also very good ( smooth and uplifting high)

GET well soon! Medication always helps, try durbin poison, green crack, pot of gold. cannalope, and bananalope are two local medical strains.
