ATF Says illegal to sell guns to med patients

I saw this coming , I've been thinking about this a lot ever since that asshole Oregon sheriff Mike Winters denied Cynthia Willis a concealed carry permit because of her being a MMJ patient. He lost his legal battle when 3 different Oregon courts ruled against him. His vindictiveness is strong as he's taking the case to the Supreme Court.

In Colorado , the CDPHE registry database is wide open for law enforcement to have access to all Colorado MMJ registrants, and that database is open to Federal law enforcement agencies as well. Imagine someone in Colorado who is MMJ registered and tries to buy a gun, even checking the NICS gun form that they DO NOT use marijuana, ...the gun shop then runs the NICS form through the system , the NICS operator denies the gun sell as the NICS computer cross-references into the Colorado CDPHE and it shows the person is a MMJ registrant ! The gun shop sales person says "...sorry sir/maam , you've been denied". Do you think the NICS operator is going to tell the gun shop sale person on the phone "the reason why the denial".....NO.

This is just one of many reasons why I'm glad I stayed out of the MMJ registry in Colorado, according to Colorado's Amendment 20, registering with Colorado's CDPHE is "VOLUNTARY", and all that's required is just a doctor's recommendation.I called an attorney last year and he told me the same thing , but added "it would be better protection from arrest if you were registered".

This ATF oppression is a clear violation of our 2nd Amendment right to all MMJ people in all MMJ states. I wonder how many MMJ registrants will start coming forward when they start getting denied at gun shops , sporting good stores, and gun shows when they get told "your background check is coming back DENIED".

I agree with stocking up on guns, and for ammo, buy a reloading press in a kit and get into reloading , you will save A LOT of money reloading.

When I was in elementary school back in the 80's , the teachers would talk about how great and free the U.S. is , they would talk about the Iron Curtain of the Soviet Union , the Berlin Wall, secret police , political prisoners , and go on and on about how basic civil liberties we in the U.S. had compared to those in Communist countries were so much greater. Fast forward 25 yrs from those days I heard all this in school to our present time..... the U.S. is becoming just like those Communist countries that those teachers spoke against.

This is all the more reason for secession from the Feds.

I'm waiting for the NRA to speak up about this. If they do not I will not be renewing my membership. I have wrote them and I am awaiting a reply.
