Hello everyone!

I have read alot of different things on Powdery mildew and want a professional opinion on my situation!

So My Ladys are in week 3 of flower in a bedroom in the basement of my house.

Conditions are 37-42 RH AT ALL TIMES
Temp at 75- 85 degrees at all times

I am using 600w and 480w quantum boards

And now i am having problems with powdery mildew popping up on leaves of 2 of 4 plants....

I read baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, fungicides and various methods of holding back or eliminating the growth of PM.

My question is what is the safest easiest method in containing the pm up till harvest so my plants dont get over run?

You are going to get a lot of answers on this one ... and I predict they will all be right.
I like to use some stuff called Plant Therapy. That and Spinosad is the only thing I use.
Green Wash is as good. It's a combo of oils and soap. Simple. Follow directions.

More importantly is to address the REASON for the PM.
Check your RH at different times of the day/night.
What is RH two hours after the lights go out?
You may have to put a dehumidifier on a timer to run for three or four hours after lights out.

Make sure you got lots of air moving in there. Lots and lots of fans.

PM is easy to prevent. It is all environmental.

Thanks guys I never thought of that, ive had the dehumidifier unplugged the whole time because my conditions seemed fine when lights were on

Yeah when lights go out the temp drops and rh goes up.If they drop enough you hit the dew point and the water in the air starts to condense on plants.

I would supplement 0.5ppm of Chlorine and potassium Silicate at 35-50ppm. You could go as high as 2ppm free chlorine. It's really hard for any fungal growth to grow in a sterile environment.

If you're growing with organics just add potassium Silicate to your nutrient mix.
