Attitude called me on the phone!!

The Attitude seed bank has got to be the best bank out there! I have ordered from many banks in the past, but Attitude is my favorite. I had an order here at the beginning of the month(a big one) with the deal this month, and it was taking a while longer for the status change on the order to go to "dispatched. I noticed it, but didn't think much about it cause I never had a problem with then before. I got a call from a nice lady there the other morning, just ti let me know that my order finally changed status (without me asking mind you) and was being shipped, and apologized for the delay. Now, I don't know if they only do that to really good customers,(which I am one),or to every one, but I never heard of a seed bank calling customers on the phone long distance just to say "thanks" and "sorry" for the delay.......AWESOME!!!
GO ATTITUDE!!!

That's some customer service!
But then again I think they are making enough money.
Like if we were all ordering, and they were treating us like s***, they wouldn't have a business.
Next time you get em on the phone like that in a similar situation, ask about making up the delay in the order with free seeds.
