Yeah most banks will block internet transactions for security purposes. You have to call the 1-800 number on the back of your card and tell them that you would like to make a purchase through attitude gifts. It takes like 10mins but it will fix the problem. I have to do this everytime I order with attitude. Pain in the ass but at least I know my card is protected.

I don't think "most" banks do this. Some will, but none of my banks ever did.

Foreign Transaction Conversion and Fee
Transactions made in a foreign currency will be converted to U.S. Dollars under the applicable rules of Visa U.S.A. As of the effective date of this Agreement, Visa rules provide that the amount of your transaction in dollars will be the amount of the foreign currency times either (a) a rate selected by Visa from the range of rates available in wholesale currency markets for the applicable central processing date, which rate may vary from the rate Visa itself receives, or (b) the government-mandated rate in effect for the applicable central processing date. All transactions in which the merchant is located in a country other than the U.S. may be subject to a fee equal to 3% of the transaction amount, even if the transaction does not require currency to be converted.
Maybe its that 3%.

Imo Forget the tude and go somewere else. if they cant figure out anyway to get your order through they obviously don't want it too bad, intern meaning they don't really care about having you as a customer, and personally i like having a bank that actualy cares and Works for its customers satisfaction. that's just me though. ;) I am a Bit Looonie :P
