Attitude seed bank forgot to send me most of my order...

I placed an order with attitude and it arrived in just 8 days, but when I opened the package I was shocked to find that I only got one of the seed packs I ordered and the free UFO seed.. It seems that they forgot to put in about 80$ worth of pick and mix seeds. So I sent them an e-mail asking when I can expect to receive the missing seeds... My question is has this ever happened to anyone here before? Also, what do you guys think they will do? can I rest easy tonight knowing I will be sent what I ordered or am I doomed to just bite the bullet...

P.S. I love this forum... It's been so helpfull in my new hobby.

If an order is larger than a certain size it can come in more than one shipment. I do not know if that is the case with your order, but some orders are sent in more than one shipment. Because of that even if shipped at the very same time different packages can arrive earlier or later than others.

Have patience. Remember, Rome wasn't built in a day and neither was Syracuse.

I had an order come in without seeds once from them, they were seeds I was supposed to get for free with a promotion they had going on and I let them know and they sent them to me with my next order. Just remain calm and not overly bitchy in your emails and at least in my experience they will try and make things right.

I had a pack come with a busted vial and some crushed seeds. Turned out not to be in stock when I contacted them so I had switch them up. They ended up sending me the quadruple thunder freebies as compensation for the price difference and having to send them back.

UPDATE! Well today started out interesting. I got a call from my girlfriend this morning and she tells me that she found the seeds that I was missing from my order, apparently she just had to see what was in the package, so she opened it and my seeds went MIA somewhere in her house. Yesterday she swore up and down that what I got was all that they sent... I sent another e-mail to Attitude explaining the situation and thanking them for providing an excellent service. This just goes to show you that you can trust attitude more then you can trust the ones you love...

honestly if i would have heard attitude didn't come through, i would have been so disappointed. good thing they're still doing things right.
