Attitude Seedbank sucks

Not the same thing at all.Try comparing apples with apples and not kiwi fruit......
And no the op is not right,my 1 and only order that had a issues was taken care by attitude.
The op i am sure did not handle the email in the way it should have been handled.
How is it different? They sell a product that they don't stand behind! I am not talking about an order not getting to your house! If you have a problem with the beans, Hermie, not germineating, they resemble nothing of their description the tude will tell ya to contact the breeder. And the breeder will tell ya that you are SOL, well at least DNA Genetics did to me! We just had a different experiance, glad your order got straight!

Yet another person that simply doesn't seem to care about the concept that these people have to comply with local law. Here'san idea, you seem to have all the answers so why not start your own seedbank, i'm sure you know best.

I wasn't questioning your exp, I doesn't matter to me. I just ordered from the Tude a few days ago! LOL but like I said I know what I am getting with them and if I have any issues other than shipping I will chaulk it up as a loss! Like so many other things in this game! Like I said in my original post as long as you know that when you order you will save some heartache. And if you do order from them and have an issue but you don't expect them to fix it and they do..... then you will be that much happier!

No need to argue there are plenty of seedbanks out there that have their fans! This guy just had a bad exp with the Tude. I am sure you can find just as many threads about Nirvana! But not Sannies! ;)

Yeah that's what I'm going to do! Local law? Replacing shitty beans breaks what law? Good customer service breaks what local law? If it doesn't break the law to send the beans in the first place what law would the Tude be breaking sending replacements? Please elaborate. Even if I break the law and germinate them what law is the Tude breaking?

As i say, you don't understand the law ;) If you talk to the attitude about, as you state "Hermie, not germineating" you have violated their policies. Their policies are in place to keep them within local law. If you cannot understand these laws do not try and rant about how they are being a bad company, it makes you look silly.

Please explain to me what law they would be breaking!

Well I am glad that you edited your post! I just told everyone that if you order from the Tude ya get what ya get! Don't expect any coustomer service from them! How is that different that what you just said? I still order from them but expect 0 help from them if you have any issues! That is all I said then you try to talk down to me cus your so smart!

It's not a lie it's sure as hell what happened to me! No worries, you guys like the Tude, I have some small issues with the Tude but I still order from them. No biggie, the guy had a bad exp with the tude and wanted to write about it so maybe someone else may avoid the same situation. I am not bashing the Tude I am just telling how they resolved a problem with one of my orders. I just find if funny that other seedbanks have no issue replacing beans if you have a problem. And like I said before I am glad that the Tude hooked you up on one of your orders!

Attitude will happily replace beans, right up until you vilate their terms and conditions like the OP did

The moment you talk to the tude about germination then you put them in a legal bind.

Yes of course, and I understand that! But you are buying the beans to grow and they know this! like in my first post would be like buying a TV but if you turn it on and it doesn't work it's not our problem! They skirt the law with a little disclaimer, so word your e-mail carefully and you may be able to get some help or replacements? As long as people know this they maybe it will save some anger and not start fights on RIU! LOL

Attitude just pulled the same shit on me- I emailed them the 411, and they told me they only sell seeds as "souvenirs" and as long as I received them, the matter is considered closed. I ordered 10 beans total 2 different strains. Germed them all together- all 5 Barney's popped, all 5 Greenhouse Seeds failed. Fuck those assclowns. The lesson learned here is buy from the the source, not a clearing house...

It makes no difference what they are know you are going to do with them. They are able to sell them as souvenirs via a loophole in the law, they can do no more. Cannabis is illegal here. How is this so hard to understand.

On nearly every web page on RIU there is an ad for Attitude. Within 5 minutes of me posting a thread of my experience with Attitude, RIU had erased the thread. Conflict of interest with an advertiser I'm guessing.

Anyway, Attitude is a waste of money, they do not back up their products. An entire package of 5 fem 8 Ball Kush were duds and another seed as well. Wrote to them stating my dissatisfaction, they replied with what amounts to 'too bad.'

I won't be spending my money with them any longer.


EDIT- found my thread in a different area, not sure how that happened. Can't edit the title of this thread, nor do I know how to erase completely. Oops!

Bottom line, Attitude sucks and isn't worthy of your hard earned cash. I find it funny that when I went to edit, Attitude was being advertised at the bottom of this post.
was that ur fist purchase with them? thats funny i just made a post about attitude..

Sorry, but if I need to lie to them to get them to step up and make things right, they're nobody I want to deal with again. If that makes me "slow", then so be it- There's plenty of other places that sell the same thing and would value my business enough to want to keep it. BTW; that was my 1st and last purchase from The (poor) Attitude...
