Attitude seedbank will no longer receive my praise or my business.

10 years ago when I first started growing I ordered from attitude and was very pleased with the quality of the beans and the variety of breeders. Compared to other seedbanks they were miles ahead. Fast-forward to the present and me moving to a legal state I decided to make an order. I received my order in about 2 or 3 weeks and popped them. I immediately made another order and this time I decided to not buy the guaranteed delivery insurance since I received all my other orders with no problems and they were being shipped to a legal state. Well in that first order only about 2/3rds popped and 4 of the freebies were autos when only 2 were labeled autos. I also never received my 2nd recent order and after looking up the tracking number they made it to the states but never left the sorting facility. I emailed attitude and asked if anything could be done. I wasn't really wanting or expecting a refund but maybe at least store credit or promo freebies but they said since I didn't pay for guaranteed shipping there was nothing that could be done. They said however if I placed another order they could throw in one of the packs that I should have received and already paid for in my previous order. That's a hard no from me. I'm gonna stick with domestic seedbanks from now on and just wanted to vent and hopefully if anyone who reads this will take their business elsewhere and not get ripped off if they were thinking about using attitude.

I don't understand how getting stuck in a sorting facility is Attitudes fault. You were able to track it and see that they did ship it. Once they ship it somebody else is in possession of it. They offered guaranteed shipping so they would resend if you didn't receive your order. You chose not to pay for that.

As for germination rates as @Herb & Suds said they are just the middle man. The poor germination rates could have been bad seeds from the breeder, something you did, or old seeds they've had for awhile. Either way you can't hold them as the primary party to blame for poor germination rates.

I've never used Attitude but I've bought plenty of seeds from overseas. From what you've posted I don't see anything that would rise to a high enough level to warrant making a post to slam a company.

You didn't pay for guaranteed delivery. You say that you weren't expecting a refund but maybe a store credit. They offered you a free pack of seeds on your next order. Isn't that store credit?

They offered you store credit which you yourself said is what you were hoping for. What did they do wrong?

They break open breeder packs 2. Who knows what they r sending out
Yeah I suspected this because on my only order that I didn't receive I chose the option of them keeping the seeds in the original breeder package. Also the freebie auto strains that I received were auto berry and Pineapple Express #2 auto and they aren't really doing what the breeder described. One is the most purple bud I have ever grown. The first preflowers and calyx were a dark purplish blackish color which I've never dealed with before so I thought maybe the plant was having a mold problem but it's doing fine now getting ready to harvest. I'm satisfied with the genetics but I think I was mislead on what they really were.

See, this just shows how awesome Attitude is. Never skip the guaranteed delivery with Attitude-they ALWAYS resend an order if it gets lost in the mail AND you've chosen that guarantee. I think it's very cool of them to offer to send you another pack if you placed a fresh order, you don't see that kind of good customer service often from these banks.

Also, please don't insinuate that Attitude is opening breeder packs and switching out the seeds, that is a scandalous thing to imply without proof-I have ALWAYS gotten exactly what I have ordered from them over the past 10 years, although I rarely order from them anymore due to domestic banks having what I want currently. They always include a piece of the original packaging-which ALWAYS matches the breeder packaging from the original packs. 50 + orders at Attitude, 2 of them intercepted, both of them were resent and arrived just fine-and EVERY seed 100% authentic. Next time you don't like a bank, just use another, no need to trash their business for no good reason.

I'd be damn angry if I received seeds not in the breeders pk.

What's the reason for anyone taking them out of the original packaging for posting?
It's not legal to receive seeds from over seas without proper paper work guess to do pest and invasion species...I know alot of orders use to get took by postal inspectors back in the day I have lost some but what choices did we have then now there are a ton of good seed banks in the USA so shop local

With the amount of reputable seedbanks in North America there is no need to order seeds from the UK anymore.. Domestic shipping is faster and bypasses customs. The days of Overgrow and Attitude have long passed.

Domestic seedbanks only carry polyhybrid pollen chucks with rare exception. That's why I've gotten all of my genetics from overseas. I can do my own chucking without paying the ridiculous prices the domestics charge.

Yeah I'm not here to bash Attitude and say no one should ever give them business ever again. I got some really good beans from them when I first started growing 10 years ago and the genetics compared to my other seedbank order from some Amsterdam seedbank were like night and day. I used to tell whoever was interested in starting to grow or order seeds to order from attitude. I will no longer be doing that because my last purchase from them I never received and then my previous purchase I ended up getting 4 auto freebies instead of the 2 that were labeled in the different single seed baggies. I'm just telling ppl my experience and what they do with that info is up to them.

Lol theres killer stuff everywhere mate if u look hard enough some of it might suprise you plus you do realise the uk alone nevermind europe has 99% of the cuts that you guys got anyway these days and as its already been said if your after pure lines heirlooms and rarer lines id care less about where it's coming from and more about who its from thats what matters imo. I still order from worldwide pretty much for this reason

The part where I got 4 total autoflower seeds instead of the 2 that I was supposed to receive. So either they mislabeled seeds or were given mislabeled seeds by breeders. I'm not shitting on any company or person and am only giving my recent experience.
