Attitude Seeds 2 orders in a row have NOT been received!

I don't do much seed orders anymore as I clone now but I ordered about 20 times from Attitude and Herbiesheadshop over 2 years or so and average ship times from UK to mountain here in the US was 12 days. Now I have never had my orders go through Chicago that I know of, and I did see another person on here or somewhere else complaining about an order taking too long and was stuck on track in Chicago. Maybe it has something to do with Chicago, maybe there is a big delay there for whatever reason.
No way in hell two orders from Attitude would go missing or be intercepted.
Be patient and next time use stealth.
 
My bday promo order still hasn't arrived and it took attitude like a week to resend my package after the 21 day mark and now the tracking just says origin post waiting to prepare shipment since 04-04-13! I'm pissed with the tude. Last few orders customer service was good but not this time.

You guys are all wrong if you're angry at the seller for what happens in shipping. Jesus guys, they are overseas and have nothing to do with the shipment once its with Royal Mail. Buy guaranteed shipping and be done with it. $600 in grow equipment but you couldn't spend $20 to guarantee your package? You guys are funny with your crying for noting . Look In the mirror and say, Dumbass, why didn't you get guaranteed shipping?! Feel better now? Quit expecting someone else to fix your mistakes. I hate to sound this way but y'all are ridiculous with your way of thinking.

If you don't live in Australia then they should replace your order. Attitude will replace all orders that they send to the wrong address without you having a guarantee. That's a clerical error on their behalf.if you put the wrong address on your order then they won't resend.nbut I have had an order show it in Alabama but it was at my house the next day. The USPS sucks!
I'm in the same boat with my Attitude order. I placed an order on 3/21 that shipped on 3/22 and Royal Mail Track and Trace states that it's in Melbourne, Australia for delivery. That's as of 3/25, it hasn't updated since. I'm not in Melbourne, Australia. Anyway, not sure if it is normal for shipments to pass through Australia or not, but it's only been 2 weeks so hopefully it eventually makes its way to my doorstep. Unfortunately, I didn't opt for the guaranteed shipping. I've only ever ordered from Nirvana in the past and had no issues. But, I wanted to give Attitude a try for one of their promotions. They do seem to be really good about getting back to you. Jodie responded promptly to my inquiry about a possible mis-delivery. She said to wait about 21 business days before requesting non-delivery.

That and maybe consider the fact that most of these businesses are a rather small operation. People do go on vacation from time to time and or also can become swamped with orders as well!? It is April for goodness sakes, which I would think to be one of their busiest times shipping to NA customers! If you really have such issues with a timeline, then maybe try ordering a bit closer to home or plan ahead a bit next time!

I've gone with the stealth shipping and got a cool article of clothing, 3 times and they've all made it through. Be patient, ISC Chicago is slow shit.

Literacy is a great thing! Remember that next time you order without the guarantee but then want to cry and complain about it. You knew the chance you were taking without the guarantee. Or did you not read when you were ordering??????????? So why are you complaining about the customer service? You ordered, paid and they sent it as you requested. Is there some other way to comprehend this? And back to the literacy..nevermind, you should work on comprehension! Because you obviously can't comprehend that you took 100% responsibility when you chose to NOT add the stealth/guarantee. But let me guess, you'll try to find some way of turning this around and making it about me too? You can't expect gold customer service when you pay for copper service. Comprehend that? And the fact that you would even say something dumb like that to me after not taking responsibility for your own actions shows me your way of thinking and its not very good. Enjoy waiting on those packages........... Puff puff cough!

What tracking say's has nothing to do with Attitude. Attitude did their job. You didn't receive your order, and after 21 days they resent it. They did everything they were supposed to, but they suck because you don't like what the tracking says? Well guess what..........:finger:

Ordered from Herbies and got my order in a week. Now heres my dumbass story. All 6 plants died. They all germinated perfectly but My dumbass used the 600w hps on them as seedlings, none even sprouted, all died inside the Gro Dan cube.
Any advice guys? The hydroponics store owner near me said I could use 1 T5 bulb for 6 sprouts, so I bought one the day after I started using HPS, even with the weaker light they died, could it be too weak?

wel that's fucked up but you probbely had the t5 to far away so the streached really bad im guessing I don't see how I could possibly know. and also start your own thread dude or better yet go to the newbie section!!!!!
