Attitude Seeds Lifespan!?

Hey all RIU members, Hopefully you guys will be able to help me with a basic question regarding my order with the Attitude. I just ordered the White and Black Feminized mix by GHS co, also got the 5 free Super Skunk by G13 labs. I just placed my order today November 10th and will let all you guys know when i receive them here in the states. However, I dont plan on starting my grow till late December or early January. Reason why I decided to purchase my beans now was just so I dont gotta deal with holiday delays in shipping.

Anyways, my question for all you is how long is the life span of seeds? How should i store them until I am ready? Cool Dark place? any advice would be appreciated!! Thanks!!

I don't know exact life spans. But I always store mine in a cool dark place just like you said. NOT too cool, and definitely away from heat and direct sunlight. Some ppl keep a good stash in like 35mm film containers. I keep mine in an empty vitamin bottle, closed tight and put in a cabinet. I would think seeds could stay for a long period of time.

Ordering your beans before the holidays was a smart move, always have most of what you need ahead of time... makes things easier in the longrun. Goodluck man and keep us posted when you do get things up and runnin'!

Years ! They're big oily seeds so they have plenty of reserve energy stored in them. I keep mine in the fridge till I'm ready to sprout them. For long term storage (10+ years) you'd deep dry them with silica gel and freeze them.

thanks for the fast replies!! thats just the news i wanted to hear... ill definatly keep u guys posted when i get things up and running. U guys know much about Green House's White Rhino and White widow?

I don't know a whole lot as I haven't tried them yet, hopefully next order. But I've heard WR can be alittle slow or harder starting out to some ppl. Not sure though. Either way I think you made a damn good selection, as they are some damn good strains. I am eager to get some WR/WW cuz it should be some really kickass smoke! Not to mention resin and crystals galore!

I just picked up some of their Big Bang, Lemon Skunk, and Trainwreck... so now I really want to get something in the white family.

stoked just keep them in the original pack and throw it in one of your clothes drawers. It'll stay cool and dark in there until your ready. I want to get those new beans but cant decide on which pack. They are all good
