Hempdepot.ca (canada) , and Chimera, or Insane Seed Posse strains for the win.

They have never failed me, never. Seems allot of seeds coming from England are getting snagged ? Maybe it's Operation F**k the Queens Beans or something.

i'm a huge attitude fanboy, but even our proven winner has been losing quite a few orders lately through customs..

a lot of them seem to be getting snagged in chi-town, but i've also been seeing a lot recently getting caught in l.a. now as well..
Yeah, mine went through LA and I got snagged for the first time. Even my asshole is sore. Been getting my beans for years without a snag. Why don't those fuckers get a Gov. shut down? Took pics of tape and envelop rape scene and sent it to the tude, new beans on the way. I used the t-shirt super stealth method haha!

damn were stoners how about we come up with creative ideas and send them to the banks and outsmart these fuckers. i recently had my first package snagged and there gunna reship but i have been going threw the tude for years and this is the first time iv had this happen . we need are beans and as soon as my package makes it im make my own beans cause im out and this blows not gunna let them people hold me down and i hope you guys do it to make it happen. throwdos way!

No joke I've spent over a thousand dollars with attitude. They rock. I never cheap out on shipping. I use the most expensive shipping service possible and I get what I paid for. Delivery every time.

What it comes down to is that it's a gamble and you have to realize that going in. You're having something that's illegal shipped to you. Chicago does blow though.

happened to me they reshipped and i got it the second time. if your an asshole to them in the email i doubt youll get anything. dont be an asshole and you will get reshipped
why can't I be an asshole to them? they fucked up my order. they are in the business of filling orders and sending them out. thats it. nothing less, nothing more. a fucking monkey can do that job. if they can't get it right, i should have the right to be an asshole, and they should learn to like it, say, "yes sir, right away sir" when i tell them to fucking jump. don't fuck up the order and everything will be cool.
 
It's simple, just like Marc Emery, Just like RC, Just like Gypsy Nirvana. They decided to do something, that's why orders are disappearing. If your in the US, you need to deal with the breeder, and get state side delivery. All US breeders should do this. Ordering outside your country and going through customs has always been an eventual loser...

Protip: I work in Cust. Service, and when i receive correspondence from an individual as abrasive as your initial post, although most times i have the recourse to rectify their situation by going above and beyond i SELDOM do, unless the tone changes quick.
They have 217$ of yours, treat them accordingly in your correspondence.
Catch more flies with honey, and all that.

Hows that attitude toward CS reps workin out for you?
I bet you have to dispute a lot of charges, and deal with your funds in chargeback quite frequently.
FYI, we all have the ability to make that go away with a click of a button, but for people like you Cs Reps and Sups wont move a finger, and instead will default on the teams of litigators who made their iron-clad service agreements you unknowingly agree to

by providing your billing info and placing an order.
And from the shipping end, they could give a fuck less.
Lest we not forget that in actuality, you are most likely dealing with several different companies:
A web processor who takes the orders, a FullFillment Corp that bills and ships the orders, and Attitude who collects the money and potentially markets (if thats not done by a 3rd party marketing firm).

There is, in fact, one vendor that I have experience with that in fact, does send souvenirs in a normal envelope. They don't advertise for business that I know of, so I won't name them. But to your point, 3 letters were received and the souvenirs were not hidden, yet no problems.

How is your $12/hr customer service job workin out for ya? Kinda wish you went to college huh?

Before you chime in, be sure to research first. My first few contacts with Attitude I was very polite, almost to a fault, even suggesting I may have not ordered then seeds that were missing. But on double check, I did in fact order. When I pointed this out, they stone walled me. That's what I pushed back.

Entitled mook? You serious? I bet you think anyone making over $40,000 a year is entitled. Compared to the people you deal with I am a 1%'er. If I pay for something I expect to get it. If I dont, I expect to get my money back or you send me what I paid for. Anyone with a high school education can reason with that. Obviously something you are striving to attain still. (Now go look up what the word attain means.)

No. I don't often deal with chargebacks, because I mainly deal with US companies where customer service is a concern. I've noticed Canada, Asian and Europe could give two shits. My only chargebacks have been with non-US "companies".

Not when it's the 4th time in 6 shipments they fuck up.

And then to be lied to on top of it is an insult in itself. I have photo and video footage of me opening the package and visually inspecting the package. There were missing seeds in my order. Then in email, they tell me she double check and she verified the order was properly filled. Then when I showed her a photo of the duplicate items, she stone walled me.

Now what?

Yea, those Asians don't give a DAMN about shit. Even the foreign-born Asians here in the States. Customer service to them is basically raising their voices and shaking their hands at me.

"No, I saw you wife sip out of same straw......I charge for two drinks" Meanwhile, I'm not even married and I was letting my step-sister try out the tea. (which was awesome. Those Asians have nailed Southern Iced tea down to a science) . And I'm like ok whatever. I pay the 1.50 extra.

I wasn't going to win that argument. That bitch. So now I just tell everyone I know they are dicks in the mud.
