That is 100% BS
The cops are there to enforce the law, if your growing 1 cannabis plant your braking the law, if your importing cannabis seeds your breaking the law.
They probably get a heads up on every cannabis seed shipment that gets confiscated and it's some rookies job to work through the list investigating those leads. A busts a bust. How many people who don't post on rui or forums in general get a knock on a daily basis through some insignificant little lead.
So your order is 10 seeds, How do they know you aren't keeping mothers and growing hundreds of cuttings?

First off, they don't know you have 1 plant ,5 plants or 100 plants until the break into your house to raid you. Second , they will take it as a victory against a criminal, the same way traffic cops will chase a guy 120 mph down the freeway for a minor traffic infringement.
There is too much delusion and complacency with growers on forums, Maybe because we want to justify that sharing our grows with the world is safe or that ordering seeds is safe.
None of it is safe, big brother is watching.
