what is that , why pay 2 bucks more for it? i was ganna get just the reg stealth w/ tshirt.

with the guarentee option you will probly have to sign for the package then there is proof you received it or not. if not they will resend a new order for you if it gets lost.

yes i beleive you do have to sign for guarantee. i just do the t option.
