Its legal to grow now if you have a licence. You definitely wouldn't use COBs if it was legal. Maybe I'm being paranoid but your first ask for help to then follow up with trying to sell something tells me something isn't right with you.

It is completely legal in Australia if you have a licence, it's the same as having a licence to drive a car, if you do not have a driver's licence you can not drive a car, if you have a marijuana growing licence you can grow marijuana. Go get a licence to grow marijuana and go nuts
