Amazing how taboo, they keep that kinda shit.
My mum used to grow a poppy in the yard, when i was a kid.
She broke her foot really bad. I still remember her saying how much relief it was smoking it.
Nobody i know has them anymore.

Poppies now grow in every southern state legally. There's a few big players but you can almost bet there won't be more. Lots of protectionist action going on behind the scenes for the current license holders to keep their slice of the action. It'll be the same with legal weed and likely the same big players growing that too

With Turnbull involved you can garauntee his old business buddies will be getting the inside running for any contracts or licenses that will be given.

Ive heard too, it costs over a 100k for application.
Non refundable, and you pretty much have to have everything besides plant, to lodge application.
Family history checks, and the works.

To be honest I don't see the money that may be made legally in the short term. The yanks are producing to much to cheap at the moment.

Had a discussion with friend of mine who’s a millionaire 30+ times over about doing something legal and there’s just to much bullshit involved add to that the lack of transparency in the whole process and it becomes obvious that the it’s just a smokescreen to cover up the fact the deals have already been made between the government and big pharmaceutical companies
