Authorization to build MMPR

Anybody get the go ahead?...I know one was issued this morning.

I was asking about the "authorized to build stage" of the process.

How does one get an "authorization to build"? Do you just need some land with proper zoning and apply to HC just for "authorization to build"?

I think you need to have a bit more than that. HC must be pretty happy with all the plans you have brought them for them to give you this go-ahead. I wouldn't call it a pre-approval, but in general terms they must be satisfied with the general setup, people involved, security plans and so forth........
