"Auto-Flower's MORTAL COMBAT"

Simple Rules (taken from > https://www.rollitup.org/general-marijuana-growing/395186-auto-flowers-mortal-combat-let.html

Anything goes. (Female, male, hermie - but for a reason like pollen etc. any excuse will do, indoor/outdoor, soil / hydro - Anything)

Must be auto flower capable of growing within time frame. Plant does NOT need to be cut / dried / cured to be considered finished.

ONE Plant only - Must be the same plant from beginning to end.

ANYONE can vote. Largest number of votes a contestant recieves,,, wins.

Judging is simple, the judges (voter) votes for favorite plant (for any reason). Only one vote per voter / judge. (but please vote according to the guidelines. If you think someone was outside the perimeters of the rules... simply don't vote for them.)

Voting closes Midnight on April Fools Night (if I did this right).

We started out with over a dozen sign-ups. Had 8 that actually germinated in the allowed time. Presently there are only 5 finalist. (tough competition)

All the grows are very different in nature. Some went for seeds, others for a challenge on acceptable grow techniques. They are all different.

Basis for comp. was to do something unusual either by style, intent, or just overcoming obsticles. All from a hobbyist point of view. Buds were not a requirement in this,, but creativity,, going against popular methods were.

Below the main picture you'll find numbers. These are the "update postings" if you'd like to look further. (see - " https://www.rollitup.org/general-marijuana-growing/395186-auto-flowers-mortal-combat-let.html )

As in the movie,, nobody knew what was coming until it was too late. Started out not knowing much about the end. Then I made them think it was a popularity picture challenge,, then they found out it was all about generating votes (by whatever means). Rules were pretty wide open and the contestants were left to try and second guess where this was going just like the Mortals in the movie.

There was/is a challenge on the floor whether or not all are actual Auto Flowers. I'll leave that for you to decide with your voting.

All the contenders are open and ready to answer any questions on their style, methods, and anything at all. Feel free to ask away and challenge. That is the true competition in this challenge. The grow was simply to raise a fine contender to do "the battle of the votes". - enjoy the show.

So, without further addo,, let's introduce the contenders (in no particular order):

FEATURING:
JONI
“WARRIOR DESTROYER”

(postings of updates - 50, 78, 101, 146, 170, 222, 245, 266, 284, 291, 329, 342, 353, 369, 418 )

In the beginning a warrior was born who would destroy all inferior plants that were weak and grew crappy weed. By day 7 of Joni‘s life, everyone suspected that she would be that warrior.

Joni grew up quickly and her trainer made sure she stayed on a strict diet and fight training schedule. By day 35 she had gotten her invite to begin learning how to fight with the sword. Only the most worthy warrior trainees receive an invitation to the Training Of Swords.

Joni knew that her training would be intense, grueling and to the death. Only one warrior trainee would survive this training to carry the “Sword of the Warrior Destroyer”.
By day 61 Joni was one of only 5 warrior trainees left who had survived the Sword Training thus far. She was stronger and well versed with the sword. She spent long evenings training alone while the other trainees were sleeping. She knew her destiny was to be a Warrior Destroyer so she worked and trained harder.

Joni continued her training and was now one of 2 warrior trainees left. By day 64, she had a secret weapon she had discovered while training those late evenings alone……………..

Joni knew she could easily eliminate the last warrior trainee and she couldn’t wait for the death match to begin. Nothing and no one was going to keep her from her destiny. So let the battle begin…………….

For your voting consideration, I present BHD #2. She is a blue himalayan diesel from Short Stuff. From the beginning she was destined to be used to create seed. On the day she showed sex, I began low stress training her to make pollenation easier. I selected a male that showed early flowering and good color traits to be my pollen donor. When he started dropping pollen, I chopped him and collected pollen sacks. These were dried for a couple of days, then the pollen was then liberally applied to all of my girl's 7 exposed tops over a 3 day period. This proved to be effective, and she became VERY pregnant. She was technically done at 65 days, but I decided to give her a few more to allow the seeds to develop a little more. She was chopped on day 69. Ending height was 14" tall. While the amount of bud produced by her was only 12.4 grams, she has produced 441 seeds weighing in at another 9.9g. The bud is very fragrant, with an elusive fruitiness. The smoke is smooth and mild with only a little taste that would be best described as slightly chemical. None of the fruit scent is translated into the smoke. The high is defitely of the couchlock variety, and is quite strong. Overall I would call this a very successful breeding operation with no issues. Your vote for my lady would be appreciated.

I started her in a little 4" nursery cup and cut out the bottom and placed her in another small 2.9 liter pot filled with Subcool Super Soil. I watered her in and then did not need to touch her for a month. Of course I checked her daily and she grew every day but she doesn't drink much hydro. I watered her a total of 5 times and 2 of them 5 were to flush her a little and feed her some molasses. She is the ultimate slacker plant. She gives a nice buzz too and I am enjoying her essence still as I type this. Some of these others in the contest worked a lot harder and deserve the votes and I am just a slacker who had an extra spot in his tent and a freebie from the Attitude. So whatever you do, don't vote for me. Yes I am trying reverse psychology.

Well, it's done! Over with! Finished!

.... and we have a winner!

I for one enjoyed this. Kind of sorry to see it end. Been a great bunch of players,, even the ones that couldn't make it to the end.

Personally,, I feel if the players had fun,, enjoyed,, meet a few friends..... Then we are all winners. Hope to keep in touch too. Never know,, just might be a re-match in the fall.

Stoner Barbie,,,
First prize; 30 seconds or less of "attaboys"-

Well,,, attagirl! Played well. Played hard. Over came difficulties, and still played the Hollywood star with all the fine movies. She had a real killer movie with Barbie being animated. Don't know why it wasn't included... it was top knoch to say the least (probably didn't want to show-off..... too much ;-))

Chief Puff Puff,,,
Second place; Honorable mention for "also ran"

You ran well,, fought hard and strong. Ran a good campagne too. Frankly,, I'm suprised by the runaway on the voting. Figured you 2 were in for a much tighter battle, but the voters / judges did their thing. A pleasure meeting you and hope to see you again in another match.

H2grOw,,,
Third place; Well,,, you're just "shit outta luck" is all that's to it.

Still,, well done!
Think you and Hempstead had your own battle going?
Nice playing my friends and hope to catch you all around.

Now we all know there's only one thing left to do.......... :weed::joint:bongsmilie:eyesmoke::bigjoint:

(I'll burn one to ya'all )

Thanks all for a good game.
... and thanks to all that voted for taking part and sharing the game.

"That is all."

Remember,, https://www.rollitup.org/general-marijuana-growing/421278-autoflower-cage-match-round-two.html is still taking sign-ups.
