Auto Kush question ???

Hello people.....I have 5 auto kush seeds from Lowlife. They say these plants basically only get 12-14 inches basically donkey dick plants but supposedly the bud is suppose to be supper dense with heavy trichome production so what I'm wondering if anyone would know a guesstimate weight on 5 of those? I'll be running a 600w mh/hps in a 3x3x5 tent. I currently have an auto UK Cheese and an auto Super skunk in the same tent under a 2ft 8 tube T5HO and a 150 watt hps the cheese is 20 days into flower and the skunk 10 and even though it's only 2 plants I'm just not impressed so I ordered a 600 watt system yesterday and will be replacing that shit with the right equipment in a few days. Also how far away should I keep that 600 from the girls? I'm pretty fuckin broke right now so I only got the batwing reflector but I do like the way the disburse light. Any info would be appreciated. Well at 14 inches id say about a half once a plant if they do well. Its tough to say, im growing my first but i think theyre really cool. The problem with guessing the weight on autos is that some do really well and some dont. It might be one solid one and a half oz cola or even more, or it might be a quarter oz per plant. Autos literally have minds of their own. As for the height on the light you can keep it about two feet or even more away. When they sprout and theyre small id keep it like three or four feet away. Babies dont need hella light. If you have a tent id be running regs in it and autos wherever because they dont need dark. The extra watts should get you more weight but honestly plants that will only get a foot tall arent the way to get weight in the bag.

naked 600w ? or in a air cooled hood ..... just use the back of your hand if its uncomfortable for you then its too close ..... air cooled you can dam near touch em to the plants ..... there will be a night and day difference from the 600w to what you were using

and i doubt they are all single cola they will probably be a little different plant to plant

Dude, if you want to determine if it is worth growing all you need to do is a few calculations. Figure out how much power (how many watts) you use in an hour for your grow. Divide whatever you come up with by 1000, multiply by your kwh rate (which can be found on your power bill), and that is how much it costs an hour to run. Multiply that by how ever long you are going to keep your light on a day ( c[cost] X 16 will probably be the equation I use). After that you have how much it costs you a day to run. Now multiply your number by 77 and that should give you your cost per grow. Compare that to how much weed you can get for the same amount of money in your area and be amazed by how little you have to yield to be ahead.

For me, my equation goes like this:

400 (this is how much wattage I use in an hour/1000 (one whole kilowatt)

I use .4 kwh every hour. My cost for electricity is 9¢ a kilowatt hour.

.4*.09 (my use multiplied by my cost)

.0036 (it costs me 3.6¢ an hour to run.

.0036*16 (my cost times hours per day)

It costs me 57.6¢ a day to run

.576*77

I am left with $44.352. We will drop the two because it isn't significant.

In my area you can get an ounce for $240. It's pretty decent shit, but if you want the flamest of the fire it's about $300.

Going by those numbers we can figure that a gram is $8.60-$10.70.

Since it costs me $44.35 for a grow, we can figure that all I need to yield is 5.15-4.14 grams, per grow, for it to be "worth it". If you can't yield that from 400 watts you need to quit trying.

Exactly. I only need 1oz off this first grow to cover my setup cost plus running costs. After this first grow then its just running costs which would be like 7gs worth to buy local lol

Another thing, I dunno why newer growers start out expecting massive yields. You gotta be realistic.

We'll you know how newbies are thinking they will have enough to smoke and sell till they harvest more.....lol...there's never enough......I've been growing for quit a while man I've just NEVER grew autoflowers before and there's just so many fuckin don't do this don't do that I just wana run off the rest of these autos I have then get back to photos.....I have some Bubba's Dream(Bubba kush blue dream) and some BOG'S Lifesaver ( Subcools Jacks Cleaner x Blueberry x BOG'S Bubble.......the shits amazing bro.....if you've never heard or ran it.....defiantly check it out its narcotic as fuck and has amazing bag appeal....I got a buddy that runs Lifesaver and Sour L.S.D from BOG and he's snaggin 60 a cut 375 a zip around my parts

Ye I'm running photos next too. Got enough fem seeds for another 6-8 grows.. painkiller, king Kong, melon gum, crystal meth, sour kosher, Afghan skunk and few more. Crazy what's available man and how many dif strains. I'm not selling but you get 240-260 for high grade round here (UK), not worth the risk to me as i got a past already and what i save from growing my own will pay for a few holidays a year anyway haha. Just want enough to last me 3-4 months for each grow, so like 4 oz per harvest to smoke an oz per month. But like you said its never enough, lot of other people told me that you just smoke more lol. Good luck anyway.

Not worth the risk for me either bro...I grow for myself and choose it over being a junkie on opiates or herion.....I know that was me for 8 years had a fuckin nasty accident on my 30th birthday that put me in a wheelchair for 2 years then 2 1/2 years of recovery after that the pain meds turned into addiction and it just went from there it was horrible man but I was blessed by God to actually recover from that and I believe he put the plant on this earth for this exact purpose ya know....so I'd rather explain to the judge why I was growing 4 plants in the privacy of my own home no link to drug sales than ever to become addicted to that bullshit again......and all the knowlege I gain from these blogs the cool ass people I meet ...this is what it's about man.....so thank you for all your advice....I appreciate a lil piece of your time.

Hey i have grown autos kush 3 times and have 1 in my journal right now I will pull about 1.5 ounces off the one in my journal but I also burned her early wich stunted a bit as far as lil I'd say 20"" is a better average but with some lst I think u will be happy with them

Did the auto kush come from Lowlife by any chance? And I plan on running GH Flora Nova Bloom start to finish.....what was your feed schedule for your auto kush if ya dont mind me asking ......I'm in coco if that makes a difference

No it came from femaleseeds.nl but probably the same strain I used advanced nutrients but flora Nova will work fine just be sure to start off very lite on nutes at first because not necessarily a particular species of auto is more prone to nute burn but more wich plant will take how much nutes, so read plants and add accordingly remember less is almost always better and I started off feeding once a week and then once plants became mature twice a week at half the nutes well hope this helped

And don't give flowering nutes till u actually have a lil nugs forming most people add them too early wich results in a stubby plant
