Autoflower madness!!!

Hey errbody! I am growing autoflowering plants that I want to share with you! I have 6 autoflowering strains going at the moment.

1)AUTO FRUIT (Pronounced Fru-It)
2)AUTO NORTHERN LIGHTS
3)AUTO SHOT ADRENALINE
4)AUTO BLUE MYSTIC
5)AUTO BLUE HIMALAYA DIESEL
6)AUTO BIG BANG (SHOWING TO BE A MUTANT)

I somehow got my last started post removed which proved to be for the better since I pretty much abused the $HI7 OUTTA my plants and over ferted them resulting in not only stunts but just plain killing them B*****S! Oops, either way, this will be a grow to follow. Sub to the end for smoke reports and also I will be using LST heavily since my space is very limited.

Hey man....everything looks great. i can tell you that i will def. be following your grow since you are growing two of the four strains i am growing as well. Shot Adrenaline and Big Bang Auto. From the looks of it your a few days ahead of me. as mine are only 3 days out the soil. I'm intrested in what nuets. your running and your soil mix? I only using a cheap mix for my seedling stage but once i transplant them here in a wk. they will be going into 3 gl. fabric grow bags with foxfarm soil. I will be feeding them the complete schedule of floratech nuets. I will be vegging under 110w T5 system with 20/4 light cycle and once flowering begins i crank up the 400w hps to use as well as the 110w T5 as i will still have other non autos still vegging under it, but i will reduce the light cycle to 18/6 to better suit flowering for the autos while being able to still veg. my non autos. anyways great pics man and ill be in for the ride so keep em coming.

i hate big bang, may aswell smoke hemp, look like ur plants are doing nice. p.s pull the big bang so better plants can get some light.lol

if u are useing fox farm ocean forest u dont need to feed ur plants till they bud

  • Thank you for the suggestion, as the two Big Bang's I have ordered have been duds thus far. I was highly considering pulling it and I really think that I will now that you have mentioned it since I have 2 reg plants that I am afraid may overgrow everything else if I am not careful. Good lookin' out on the smoke report of the Bang, I want some quality smoke, not some run of the mill stuff. +REP!​

  • Alright, so my soil mix (which I really like right now) is as follows:

    1 Bag Lamberts Organic Soil
    1 Part Perlite
    1 Part Vermiculite
    1 Bag "Big Brown Cow" Manure
    (ALL PURCHASED AT HOME DEPOT)
    The Soil is very ''spongy'' feeling which I think would be very good for the roots to navigate through. It does dry a tad fast (Water once a Day Depending on the Initial Watering)

    (BUT!!! The LED's, even though I bought from the same site, are not the same.) The Original one I bought shines more of a ''purpley'' light since the LED's are scattered and in no particular pattern. The other LED I bought (which I thought was the exact same) is more of a ''reddish'' light since the red LED's are in a circle and then in that circle are the blue LED's. Kind of questioning why they did this but I kept it anyways because I returned a Blackstar 100w because it was very small.

    I am very skiddish right now about nutrients since this is still my first grow. I had to start from scratch since my first round I used miracle grow potting soil and I over watered and it turned to muck and the plants suffocated. And the nutrients I have now are "General Hydroponics'' 3 part system. I would advise doing research about this formula as there are many videos and suggestions on how to use it. I would suggest adding 10-15 drops (IF THAT!!!) to an entire gallon of water. I used a little more than that and thought I had lost my Jack Herer. I am not going to try again until they are a little bigger.

I really do not plan on using nutes on this grow unless it is a very small amount, here and there. I torched my first official grow and am scared to add nutes. Anyways, everything has been going great without them. This is still my first grow as I have never actually done this yet (harvested). I am excited and hopeful though that things will turn out well!

does this just apply to the autos or for the non autos as well? b/c i was planning on having a non-auto mother plant going while i was flowering my autos under 18/6. and i was going to feed her nutes. while she was in veg. so i could get her beasty to get some clones off her. but i wasn't going to give the autos veg nutes due to there short veg cycle. hope you can understand what im trying to say

Get good soil and you should not have to worry about nutes unless they show deficiencies!

i hear ya on that one. but i've always had good success using nutes through out my whole grow. starting at transplant and continuing up until flushing. which i will do norm. 1 to 2 wks. . . . . . .far as my exp. goes the cannabis plant can handle large amounts of nutes and absolutely boom in growth or you can over do it and you can burn em worse then the devils d... but i find the manufactors recommendations to be a good base. I normaly start at half the recommended dose and working my way up till i reach the full dosage. this is just my way which could be completely fu''''ed up. i dunno i'm a self tought grower only wit 6 grows. still trying to break the lb. marker, but im almost there.

Yeah man, as I am still tellin' you, this is my first ever grow. I used 1/4 strength on the jack herer and it was lookin bad. After some straight PH water, it came back strong and I topped it twice so far too. I have the nutes but I think that I am going to hold off until blooming and then I am going to go 1/4 strength and maybe move up to 1/2 max. I don't know man, I have been out of weed for over 2 months and just starting this grow so maybe you can see why I don't want to kill 'em, hahaha!

I understand. I'd probably feel the same way. What ever you do is probably going to work great as I am still working my kinks out too. so with the big bang auto is a dud huh? I ordered two and out the two only one germinated and its only strouted 1" over the last few days

Yeah, see what I mean man. The Big Bang is rediculously unstable. I pulled mine today and put the Blue Himalay Diesel in the Big Bang's pot. It wasn't necessarily a dud, but the ''hemp smoke'' threw me off and also it had some goofy ass leaves.
The Blue Mystic's from what I have been seeing on the Net are very good. The Blue Himalaya Diesel's are good as well. The main thing I am pumped about are the Jack Herer and the Holy Grail 69. I have been topping the Jack H. and just an FYI, I have another thread with the grow for those.
I am going to be putting pics up this upcoming weekend. Usually every weekend I will be posting solid updates and pics. Good luck on your grow, I was going to grow out in the Forests and off the beaten paths away from trails but I weighed the risks and I am glad I am growing indoors.

when are you going to be putting up some new pics? so when i looked at your pics you first put up. that's what mine are looking like now and i'm at 2 wks. saturday.

Yo man, I will be putting pics up maybe tomorrow, and if not then, then pics will be up saturday or sunday. I started LST on my Jack Herer and have plans to get my Fruit Auto to get it to wrap around a cage I have set up (we'll see how that goes, haha). Pics will be up soon man. WHERE ARE YOUR PICS AT!!!??? LoL

i grew nirvanas shortrider and it was pretty good..wish i had a bunch of autos to plant outside right now
