Autoflower Purple leaves (flowering stage)

My northern light xxl autoflower is flowering now outdoor (may not appear in the pictures but they finished their first set of bud growing and now they are in their 2nd set of white pistils growing on buds and the trichomes are still clear) it rained heavly from a week and the plants showed symptoms of overwatering and i had to wait for the soil to dry before i watered them again and fed them with liquied nutrients A (which has low npk) and nutrients C which is used for flowering (0 nitrogen but high in P and K) and avoided nutrients B (high in Nitrogen and low in P and med in K) i read that you should lower your nitrogen gradually in the flowering stages.

My plants leaves are turning purple and i don't know if it's caused by overwatering or lack of manganese or both. the purple color is spreading everyday through the other leaves.
The soil is already wet and i don't know if i should water it again and feeding it with nutrients B (which has manganese) or should i wait for the soil to dry again.

The plants are very small but very bushy so i have done some defoliation to expose the buds sites to more light and avoid proplems like diseases and high humidity.

This is my first grow and i have done lots of mistakes but i think i ll still have some buds and i am learning from my mistakes.

The purple colour is most probably due to the colder temp of you outdoor area following the rainy days. As I remember the week after it rained here in Egypt was the the coldest this year. So yeah the purple leaves will resolve on its own.
The droopiness however is overwatering. Just let the soil dry before watering it again.
