What is the shortest growing autoflower you can recommend - I have a loft space of only 5ft.....
I'd say any or all for the shortest, why???

You can easily stunt the growth on these little ladies. Start them in a 4" square pot and keep them there for a while, then transplant to a 1 gallon. Use a T-5 light to control the height by keeping it as close as you can to keep it from stretching.

The person who started this thread did something similar.

These are the pics.

Definately agree with the pea stinking to high heaven, nice stink though not at all like usual, almost like a lolly shop :) so the smoke is pretty good then mantizm?

mine was very skunky.. could definitely smell the cheese coming through on the short shit...
favourite auto so far... not done many auto's to be honest though...

had a medium sized joint to myself this morning and was properly stoned for about 3 hours..
sweet tasting... and have only just started curing.. took out a single nug to sample..
let her go 12 weeks but still really nice head high some body stone but not disabling.

Another watering today.

6.5 pH for the Sharks
6.3 pH for the Snowryders.

Well I decided today to take the Sharks down Saturday the 23rd. Today will be their last day of water. I will give them about 36 hours of darkness before harvest. Thurday night I will take off the rest of the big fan leaves and put her to sleep until sat. morning. Saturday will be manicure, cut, and then hang to dry day. The Snowryders will get 1 more watering before I let them dry out a bit before harvest.:eyesmoke:

Pics of the girls, plus a couple off of my porch.

12 weeks you say? Mine has at least a couple more on it then, good to gear as the yield is already looking promising and that means two more shots of hormone before harvest too :) you happen to have any pix of them mantizm? The short indy pheno has one tall cola with 4 smaller ones at ground level wheras the sati dom is definately a tiny christmas tree lol

Anyone ever use flood & drain on auto's? I have one setup and was pondering putting my new auto's in it, but wanted to hear from others before I do it. if not the autos I will be placing some other strains in it.

Just a preview. I will add the day (#) to each pic. when finished after harvest.

It doesn't look too bad fullscreen:)

Hey just wondering if anyone's grown pineapple express auto and what their experiences were? Or with auto's and trichrome production? I ask as i have an indica dom one that is mid flower and is unbelievably frosty, can't see the green on the sugar leaves on the top 30% through all the snow lol is this normal or have i done well? Will post pics asap
Ive got 3 pineapple express on the go indoors (week 6) and my Dad's got 2 in his greenhouse (week 7). Ive got three phenos, an obviously indica one which is short (56cm) and bushy and very deep dark green in colour (this one also has the fattest buds), another that I'm calling light green Indica and this is again short (57cm) and bushy with smaller buds, and one that looks more sativa dom which is taller (78cm). Quality plants - taking high doses of nutes without any problems (15ml biobizz grow and 30ml biobizz bloom in 10 litres water). Il get some pics up when my new camera eventually arrives. Hopefully early next week.

yeh mine was quite frosty too.. good strain but there seems to be a couple pheno's short one is extremely frosty taller one a bit less so..

Amazing picture mate. Ive got one of those at week 6 :-)

*Edit - I see you let her go 12 weeks. What were the trichs like by that point? Mainly cloudy? Not gonna be able to let mine go beyond 10.5 weeks, so I'm hoping they'l be a fair way along by then.

Anyone got any thoughts on what results I may obtain by reducing my girls light from 18/6 to 16/8?

I was hoping it would shorten their lives/speed up maturing. But also think it could reduce the yield and not actually speed things up.

Opinions please :-) :peace:

my bro had 6 different autos going, 3 of the 6 showed sex early and began to make buds, but the other 3 never showed sex on 20/4 or 18/6... So he put them on 12/12 and my gosh the growth was CRAZY...

The ones that were flowering widened out and got taller creating more bud sites, they actually grew up INTO his leds and he had to raise them.... growth has been extremely fast since the change... and so far no negative results
