Hey guys, grew some easyryder a while back and loved how easy it was, the smoke was very mediocre, so I havnt returned to the auto's, but I am in a time crunch and need to spit out a crop, so I return!
I need an Indica dom, something for sleep and wont cause anxiety like heavy sativas, what is goin on in the world of autos now? Anything super heavy?
Please give some suggestions for a 3x3x6 tent with a 400w mh/hps and some big cfl's.
Here are some pics of my easy's from a little while back.

I have mixed autos into my outdoor garden so I can scrap indoor lights and still have multiple harvests in a year. Out of the five that I tried, Paradise's Pandora is by far the best. She is 90/10 indica dom, with two phenos I have seen so far. The most common pheno is a more sativa growth pattern and a huge (for an auto) yield (75+ grams per plant) that is racy at first but very stony. I smoke this stuff before bedtime, put on some light music, and slip into dreamland. Great taste and good potency.

Happy growing!

could definitely taste ak.... mine didn't go purp at all but it was indoor

Potency 8
Taste 7
Aroma 6
Density 7
Appearance 7
Yield 8

it was a creeper.. stalking up behind you then smashing you in the back of the head with a sledgehammer

it's a nice strain would definitely recommend, one thing to note there didn't seem to be much smell throughout the grow, some days would get slightly stinky but nothing overwhelming and again once drying and curing not much smell, it was there but not pungent.

i let it go 12 weeks in total, it started flowering after 2 so 10 weeks flowering, could probably have gone a bit longer, but again if you're outside probably be a bit quicker
Thanks for the info dude! I stealth grow so I like the fact that there is low odor. I have found that the autos take 20% longer to grow outside than indoor especially if there is some sativa in there. The pure indica autos don't show the same explosive growth and yield for me, though, so hopefully the Mi5 behave like Pandora and grow into little monsters!

Peace!

Sweet, Ive seen some mixed reviews on the afghani kush ryder though, Im gonna look at that pandora. I had great success with the joint doctors easyryder, so maybe Ill try another one of his, anyone Know about his chronic ryder?
I also was looking at lowlife Hinu kush, any experience?

Can you guys tell how less potent the auto's are?
Honestly I just tried autos this year and the potency is there when grown right, but the yields, at least outdoor, were the biggest drawback. I have sat friends down and asked them which bud had the most potency and, other than different effects due to strain, autos were no different with excellent strength/duration. The advantage for me is being able to scrap the lights and grow outdoors only, multiple harvests per year, rather than just one huge crop in the fall.

Peace!

Let me tell you, autos can be some of the best tasting and smelling plants out there. I grew a fast bud earlier this summer, growing a road runner now, and all of my friends said it had the best taste and smell they had encountered. Even people I didn't know. One guy said his brother had a hernia and was using my bud as medicine. Said it knocked him straight out, he reserved it as the best. I think it all depends on the strain, the environment, and your technique. I started out with autos and have had pretty good success with them. my fast bud yielded 3 OZ exactly. I can't complain with that. I'm still hittin it right now actually. I hate when people talk crap about autos, they're good plants.

Its not that Im talkin crap, but like I said my easyryders were a decent yield and ok smoke, just didnt have the same medicinal effects as regular pot, to me at least. Maybe I just need an indica dom auto though, but I think its the sativa influence that gives better yields off of them. I guess its just the mental note inside that its main genetic is ditch weed.

Bought some autoflowering "Ganja Dwarf" seeds from a site called amsterdammarijuanaseeds... anyone know if these are any good?

Also, I'm sure this question has been answered many times in this thread, but at the expense of me flipping through a 763-page thread, which light/dark cycle is best for auto-flowering dwarf plants?

Also, does color temperature matter for auto-flowering plants? Because I wanna know if it's necessary to buy 6500k CFL lights.

Just said f*@k it and ordered a 600w light to go back to keeping a batch of girls indoors. I went out to my patch this evening and a big, fat, middle-finger sized monster of a grasshopper munched half of one of my Pandoras! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

Oh well, when a hopper eats that much pot, they really just sit there and don't move, just eat, so you can grab them easily, stoned little bastard. Sweet revenge was feeding his ass to my chickens and watching the show afterwards as the hens who got it were a little high!

Just had to vent a little...

I give them the fan leaves at harvest and they gobble them up. It's kinda neat to see the cycle of life as it is their chicken poo that provides the bulk of the fertilizer, so it's fun to give them the treats. They seem to enjoy it too! (and don't think I came up with the idea of giving them the fan leaves...they discovered one of my mj plants last year and had at it. Now THAT was funny as shit...well, the stoned chicken part...).

I know, i didn't mean to sound like i was accusing you. I had a feeling it would come out like that haha. I love autos, man. They're real good plants if you just let them grow. And do some LST. That increases yield drastically, I think.
