Right on, Thanks you two. as of 2/20/09 they are 56days old. I will post some pictures later on way to tired now. Think i got a little carried away with nutes.:-|,gave them each about 1000ml of water with no nutes last watering, had a lot of drainage. Hoping that helps the roots a bit. I remember you ( frosty ) saying that you always let yours get up to about 80days i think if i remember correctly. So i saw another month, little less and i'll be hangin these ladies upside down and then i will start to flower my dieseal!! then after that i got 5more autoflowering seeds labled low ryders#2 but now im just getting way ahead of myself. thanks again for comments, peace :joint:
edit- forgot the friggen year 09... not 10.....

Been a while since toked and the thought keeps crossing my mind to pick a bud right now and blaze it, just not sure how well that would work=/ any idea?lol. well as always plz give feedback, advice or ask question i dont care what it is, i wouldnt mind reading it. Didn't make this journal to showoff made it in hopes of lots of people commenting and sharing their ideas.
edit- The last three pictures are of my baby diesel plant. She has been veggin for 47days. Not entirely sure when i want to flower it. After i crop these dwarfs, or maybe in the last week of dwarf's flowering. Hell maybe right now? i dunno what you guys think?

Looking pretty damn good...how old are they??? if you got the funds i think it'd be smart to supplement with a few CFLs or something....they look healthy as shit but idk if its me or what they look a SLIGHT bit stretched...idk man but good job

Thanks and yea i mentioned that earlier in the journal, i had messed up pretty bad in the beginning with the light positioning. Had to add another layer of soil about 1-2inches thick and that helped hold em up. 56days old now, i read that you can harvest dwarfs at 60days but as frosty and few others have said sometimes is good to go to 80days because 60 is to early so that's what I'm going to do. CFLs would be a great idea I should have done that way earlier or at least some better reflection. its all good tho first grow you learn the most i guess.

nice pix tru, they look real nice :)
you could chop around 60 days but they generally arent at their peak until 70-80 days, sometimes even 85-90ish days.....
so check the trichs on the plants regularly, as some of the plants will mature faster than others...
i wait til the Pistils stop growing, and then check the trichs..

You can take a test nug if you wish, just dont get greedy
dry it in the microwave on low power, i use the defrost setting if i ever do that.

As for your reg diesel, when to flower depends on several things..ie are you gonna take clones from it to keep the genes, how much head room you have in the cab etc
Starting 12/12 in the last few days of the Autos life is prolly when i'd do it...

Time to hit the hay

Chao, autos dont really need huge pots unless your'e using 400w+
I tend to use anything from 2-3L soda bottles to 1 gal pots and they grow just fine.
If you are running a 400+ i would suggest a min of 1-2gal.

nice grow what is the average yield for a white dwarf auto flowering plant just it just determine your nutes and such looks like u could pull a good ounce if not more off a plant

Thanks, guess it could be different for many people, i read some where dude got one tiny bud off an autoflower. Then some have gotten up to 2ounces off one plant. This my first grow, so just by looking at the plants i cant really say how many pot I'm going to get ( dry weight ). they are 67days, buds look good but still not sure when exactly i should start cutting off the branches to hang. another thing i read is to flush the plant like 2weeks before harvesting. well they are 67days old and i haven't flushed them at all, last time i gave them nutes was on feb24. I was going to try to do something like a flush tonight but i dont have enough water out to do that. and i would take a guess and say water from the faucet is not good? anyway here are some pictures.

i cut one down a few nights ago . Bud hanging in a closet in another room. temp is 61-64 and the humidity is around 40-43%. today will be the 3rd day the bud has been hanging. I guess i got maybe halfoz one plant, and i choped it a bit early.. trichomes were clear/cloudy. other three waiting for cloudy/amber,, now that i got a little microscope to look at them. Last pic is of that tiny microscope. Its pretty nice but can be a pain to get in focused when looking at buds on a plant. Here a link http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=2179604

Nice bub plants. Im also growing the same plant, but is 400 HPS to much light for a room that is 7 feet tall 3 feet wide 3 feet lenght?

Nah i seriously doubt it is to much light but im the wrong person to ask=/. long as the HPS is far enough away from the plants so that it does not burn them.. good way to check is to hold the back of your hand up to the plants and check to see if it burns your hand.

Hey all been a while since i posted. Still got the other three going, having a real rough time waiting for these damn amber trichomes. I was sorta looking at my trichomes in a wrong way... Before i got focused in i saw amber tint on all the trichomes just about, but it was a blur. When as i got focused in the trichomes were milky/cloudy and very few of them are clear still. Some of the trichomes on the outter edge of my view also looked amber tint, but any trichome that was right under my microscope was never amber. So best to make sure they are under the microscope..I don't think i have spotted an amber trichomes yet:-?. Flushed em twice so far, hoping thats enough. haven't water'd since either, going to let pots dry out. Still a tad moist..

here they are. haven't smoked in while..these plants were my first high in a few months . was bad and did a few clips=/
