AzaMax flush question???

I flushed all 4 of my plants with 5 gallons of AzaMax on Tuesday.
I went into flowering yesterday.
I need to flush them again next Tuesday but I also want them to get nutes as well.
Can I flush 5 gallons of AzaMax then add 4 gallon of nutes with a pH of 6.3?
Also I read that during flowering plants prefer a pH of 5.5 - 6.0, is that true?

Thanks :)

Why all the flushing? Why flush with azamax? Do you have an infestation you're treating? Your ph question is true for hydro but not soil. 6.5 is fine in soil.

You reaaly dont need to flush with azamax....you can feed it to your plants with the nutrients, and it also safe to use until harvest

Once again, a full flush isn't necessary. Just add it like a normal feeding. You're using it as a foliar spray as well right?

Dude, in my experience Azamax is a big waste of money. You kill the mites very slowly over a long period of time. If you have a mite problem pick up a can of DR Doom spider mite killer, spray the plants on the underside of the leaves in short quick bursts. Do this religiously every three days until you dont see anymore then keep doing it for a while more. Spider mites gone. No harm done to plants. Its what Ive done and it works.

My bad, shoulda read a little closer. Your problem is aphids not mites. Don't have experience with aphids. But I hope you get those little bastards anyway! Good luck!

Could I add the AzaMax to my mix?
Like add .5oz per gallon and feed it with nutes?
Will it effect the nutes or boost the pH?
The reason I was gunna flush was cause the hydro shop recommended flushing then a week later flushing again.

Also if I make it a spray should I use it the day I water or today?

Thanks

Have you had good results with Dr. Doom? My hydro shop said it was weak and couldn't wipe out spider mites just slow them down and make them come back stronger.
But Dr. Doom is only like $5 so ill keep it on hand if it worked for you :)

i grow hydro so im always checking ppm and ph.........azamax doesnt effect ppm much at all and as far as ph, the azamax actually brings my ph down to about 6 and for whatever reason the ph fluctuates less when im using azamax

i personally use 1oz of azamax per 5 gallons of water and the critters stay far away

Okay then what ill do is add .25oz to each gallon and Nutes for the next 2 waterings and ill spray the leafs down today while the lights are off

That's the way to do it my friend. systemic pesticide that works great.

If you ever have spider mites though, the ONLY product to use is called Plant Vitality+ . It will eradicate the entire population in one application. All the adults, children, and eggs gone. nothing else works without a level of determination that borders on obsessive fanaticism. Spider mites are relentless if you can't kill the eggs. Only PV+ does this. The only place I buy it from is eBay.

All i can say is that I would stop messing with expensive Azamax. I know growers who have used it for months and still cant control em. Dr Doom mite killer is a pyrethrin spray that works quickly with no bullshit. In my experience, 3 treatments and no more visible mites. Then i just got in the habit of spraying them every three days until a friend borrowed my can. Still not one mite on my leaves two months later. It worked for me, and no plant problems (which I worried about).

I disagree with your hydro shop, in fact I was told the same about Azamax. But in fairness, people who complain about mites coming back stronger, probably quit treating too soon with whatever method they use.

I've found that most of the people that work in the hydro shop don't really grow, and therefore give bad advice based on the accepted opinions of sales reps, instead of actual hands on experience.

Maybe some, but my hydro store owner stopped me from buying the $50 Azamax, sold me a $12 can of spder mite killer for tomatoes and it worked fucking great. But I do know what your saying though, I have a cynical side myself.
