Azatrol on seedlings

So I have 5 Qush seedlings which are now 18 days old and I have seen some Fungus Gnats (sticky traps)and a few little spider mite webs and some misc bugs. So my question is azatrol safe to use on my plants at this age ? I would be doing both a soil drench and a foilar spray. I cant stand bugs on my plants they haven't cause any damage so I want to kill them all before they do any harm. Thanks

if it's organic it's fine

your girls are pretty small,its hard to say if it would be to stressful on them or now. It would make me a little nervous
