Bad Genetics?

What could be the issue? Do some strains grow "prettier" than others or is it possible I got a bad bunch of seeds? I am growing 5 purple kush and 2 critical the critical look great but, the purple kush all look weird. Some leaves are droopy, others clawing, or yellowing and no matter what some leaves look like they are getting over heated. Even though I have varied the distance of the light and the purple kush range in size.

Like I said the critical both look great my only mistake (so far) is some minor signs of nute burn on the tip of some leaves.

I will post pics in a few. Have to load them to the computer.

Are you feeding all of them the same nute recipe? It sound like the Kush is a light feeder, and very finicky compared to the Critical.

Every strain has different preferences...

^^^ THIS ^^^ Think of cannabis like an living being, all living things must eat, but not all living things like to eat the same things. If you've got every plant on the same nute cycle the kush probably aren't benefitting from the feedings like the critical are. I have experience with this because I'm growing two different strains right now, and they both eat differently. So I have to remember both schedules instead of one. Think about it. hope this helps. good luck and happy growing!

I'm fairly new to growing with Purple Kush but I've found the ones I have going now prefer around 60% strength of my General Hydroponics Flora series recipe or they showed the same signs as your getting
since I've flushed mine with water and started a reduced diet they have really started moving along and looking healthy

Purple Kush huh. I saw a few pics of ones with a lot of red in them, not sure if that's legit or a load of horses crank but I've been wanting to try this strain for a while. =)
