It was advice on another forum. I wasn’t criticizing a fellow grower. I was criticizing a dude telling new growers to skip cannabis specific nutes and use miracle grow. More context on my original post may have been helpful, but I though fellow riu users would see the humor.
Bro science threads are more fun. But I think one of the myths people have been working to debunk here is the idea of 7 different bottles and cannabis specific nutrients being no different than a general plant fertilizer.

So basically your making fun at an idea that people have already proven to be false.
Plant food is plant food and if your like the artwork you’ll pay for it on the advanced or fox farm bottles.

Exactly, that's it in a nutshell. If AN or FF works for you, great keep using them. If you can make MG work for you that's fine too. There's really no magic in nutrients or substrate if you know what you're doing and the labels correspond to what is actually in the bottle or bag.

I thought a thread with screenshots of the worst growing advice you can find on the internet would be fun. I’ll go first:

My first grow was a landrace sativa with nothing but FFOF and the nute deficiencies didn't set in until the last few days of flowering. Its not something id do again but it can be done. His abuse of emoticons is a different story

Cannabis specific Nute's? I guess farmers use specific nute's on all their crops they grow now ? ridiculous,
I use different nutes for my cannabis, tomatoes, peppers and annuals. All recommended by experts on 4 different gardening forums. It gets horrendously expensive. Damm experts and their advice.

edit: my tomatoes are very midsy but my marigolds were fire this year.
