Yeah she should be fine, just don't feed her any more nutrients until shes starting to look better.

this is my first grow and i had nute burn a couple of times the seeds im a using are just bagseed and my plant looks good. so im thinkin if u catch the nute burn early enough and flush it let it recover you shouldnt have any problems this plants are tough species

What kind of lights are you using / how close are they? Not sure, but it looks like the leaves in the first pic at the top of the plant are a little crispy.

Just one flush (3x the amount) then let them dry before going back on water schedule and when you start giving nutes again, I'd start low and gradually increase while watching the plants. Don't wait for them to get so bad before backing off on the nutes if that's what she's telling you.

When you hold your hand under the light is it hot? 10 inches seems a little close for a 600W unless you have an air cooled hood.

yeah thanks was a little hot iv took the light up a bit. one last question shall i leave the dead leaves on the planet or would it make a difference if i took them off

If you're talking about brown and dried up type of dead, go ahead and take them off - some benefits of removing are improved air flow around the plant and more light getting to any buds they were covering.
